They made my coffee right. Fresh strong coffee. Donut and muffins are very good fresh baked. Customer service was super nice.
Very bad experience in this Tim Hortons I ordered chicken wraps but the order taker don’t understand Tanu the order taker shouting on me arguing with me when I’m enter the restaurant for place my order again even she don’t apologize for her behaviour. Highly disappointed never ever visit this place even manager stand quite doesn’t do any action. Worst experience ever . Owner please do some action if u don’t want to lose your business and read other people reviews.
Very slow service. Didn't have decaf coffee ready at 6 pm. Had to wait 15 minutes. Saw other customers come I while I was waiting and not get served quickly either. Plenty of staff just not driven by customer service it seems. Not friendly at all. No apologies for the wait. Disappointed by this location.
I order coffee here every morning before work pretty much . Coffee is good and they are always very quick efficient and friendly
Today dated 9th of June I went to This Tim Hortons around 1:50 pm .. I ordered 2 coffee and 1 bottled drink as I approach service window I ask the girl I need a Tray for drinks then I thought see is standing at a height from my car I repeat that again.. Then she said .. Samj gi ... in angry way .. is this such a customer service we are expecting..
Time wasting ..We stay there 15-20 minutes just to get coffee.Need more professional associates..Rude behaviour

Clagarys Tim Hortons are BRUTAL. This is the third shop I've had an issue with. I ordered a medium hot chocolate with whip cream on top, the lady gives me VERY little to no whip cream. On top of that, the hot chocolate doesn't even taste anywhere near like a Tim Hortons hot chocolate. It tastes like a plain hot boild water with almost zero taste to it, and its SUPER HOT af too. The lady didnt even bother to add an extra cup to hold it, for the safety of burning my hand, which took almost two hours for my hot chocolate to finally cool down.All my years of ordering Tim Hortons in Edmonton I've never had a problem with. Calgary's Tim Hortons for what ever reason is just absolutely horrendous.
Terrible service and even worse food !! Never going back there again. Maybe this is what happens when an American company buys a Canadian one !!!!
