Just finished using the bathroom at this Tim's. No soap in the men's room, glacier cold water and no sanitizer in the pump on the wall outside the bathroom. So ask yourself this??? What are the staff doing to wash their hands after using the bathroom?? Think about this the next time you buy a nice pastry or sandwich. They may have more toppings than you desire. ??

Placed an order today and to be fair they were extremely busy. However I waited 10min to receive my coffee and it never came had to leave for work. Tried calling them back numerous times throughout the day and no reply. Just want a refund for what I paid for

Will not be supporting this location again. Third time this has happened. Ordered from the app for a breakfast meal and added two additional things to my order. Was suppose to get two hashbrowns with the order (as offered in the breakfast deal that day on the app) got my bag and went into my car and noticed they weren’t with my two sandwiches, went in with my bag and explained what I was missing and was told “no you need to pay extra” even though what I ordered had clearly stated hashbrowns on my receipt. Told me multiple times I wasn’t getting them until I paid more for another order, never felt so disrespected in an establishment. As someone who orders large platters for work monthly I will be moving my business to another company, not impressed.

I stop by this location for my morning tea frequently. And I've finally had it and qont be returning. The cause? Not mixed up orders, not poor service from the front staff, but the disgusting manner in which what I assume are the managers; speak to their employees. I've seen these poor staff be yelled at for literally the slightest things. It makes coming here extremely uncomfortable as a patron. I cant even begin to imagine how the staff feel. I've worked in customer service for 15 years, and I can assure you this is unacceptable, abuse of power in a management role.

Peak hours (especially weekend mornings) are consistently a problem. 15-20 min wait times just for a tea, self service machines hardly ever running and even when you're able to use them you can't even order what you want (this morning it wouldn't let me order a bagel). I don't blame the staff, they always seem to be working hard and they're always friendly - there just aren't enough people working for efficient service. I'm writing this review after coming to this location for over a year, as it's gotten so slow that I probably won't return to this location (especially not on the weekends). The McKenzie Lake location is worth the extra drive for how quick they are. Would have given 1 star but added an extra for the friendly service regardless of how understaffed they are.

Have had issues where this location doesn’t confirm the order through a delivery app multiple times. Have received wrong items when they do confirm the order. One would think the lack of drive thru would allow the staff to focus, as the location tends to be less busy than others in the vicinity. I avoid delivery from this location if possible and recommend visiting in person to make sure you’re getting what you are expecting.

We were just here (11:55 AM May 28) and the staff were all really friendly and efficient with everyone. Especially dealing with rude customers, I had I’m assuming the manager help me, I forget his name, but blsck short sleeve button up, and he was very good natured and friendly despite people trying to disrespectful.

WORST SERVICE! Day in and out I have experienced bad and worse service. With 3-5 people working I can’t even get a single double double either done right or within a reasonable timeframe. I have stood in line for five minutes (and no acknowledgment) when no one else is there and couldn’t even get a coffee. This happens at least once a week AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I have been a regular customer in this place. Unfortunately, there is a new lady who work there this morning who is being rude I will just name her MS.PATIENCE that I ask her twice to give me sleeves but did not hear me and ignoring me so I grab it myself. And told me PATIENCE, I don’t think it’s the right way to answer a customer. as I also work in a customer service industry.

Love all the employees here! They all work so hard and take pride in what they do. Coffee always tastes great and service is quick. My go to coffee shop every morning.
