long wait but theres only one person at the front. I get that the workers are assigned to their own stations but i feel bad for the girl at the front. She tried to serve me with a smile but i can see shes very stressed bout the long line and no one was helping her. Her service was really good, minimum wage teenagers dont deserve to go crazy being treated like this.
I ordered breakfast through the drive thru and was not given the correct order. When I went in to fix it they didn't actually have the things to make the food I ordered, when I asked for a refund she refused to give me back all that I had paid for the food. There is a reason people prefer Starbucks and McDonald's over what was once a Canadian treasureHorrid customer service!
See a grilled cheese is actually supposed to be cooked not two pieces of cold cheese between bread. Extra grilled? Nope not even grilled once. How hard is it. Apparently, very. They’re more concerned over speed than quality. Actually tasted disgusting.
I like minecraft very fun game also I think that terraria is an under rated game and needs to be played more. :)
Wow! I don't know where to begin? I live down the street from this Timmy's and boy! I sure had some bad bad experiences. it never us to be like this. I've had missing items that I ordered, having to repeat my order over. my daughter just last week order a farmers wrap, to her surprise the egg was out of the wrap. If she didn't have to be at school, I would have turned around or if I wasn't driving I would have taken a picture of it.Another Time when smokie wraps came out, I ordered one in a se Timmy's, wow! it was good!! Another week went by and they still had their smokies promotion, being I live 3mins away from this one, I went and ordered myself one and the below pic is what I got. I complained to the manager and apparently it was my fault for not being clear with my order 'SMOKIE WRAP" clear enough? again last week, I ordered three chicken fingers meal, well the person on the inter com was confusing me by asking me if I wanted five more chicken strips so I was assuming he meant the previously 10 I ordered pulse the 5 he mentioned. go to pay get home and I'm missing my chicken....Awful Experience! I can go on for ever.....lol this morning they were rushing me threw the drive threw window, they almost made me for get my drinks....they need new management or something. My advice, If you are to go threw their drive threw, double check your bag and order ...
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and is free to leave whatever review they like, but seeing the amount of complaints about the wait times for front, mobile and pickup orders makes me sad. Yes it’s a long wait, but you all need to take into consideration that there’s literally only one person who’s taking front orders, delivery and mobile all at once. I see this person running around like crazy trying to do it all while everyone else is at drive-thru. Blame the management, not the poor minimum wage teenager who’s about to lose her mind trying to multitask everything at the front. Giving 5 stars to that girl who did her best. Plus the coffee was fresh!
As usual another Tim Hortons that cares more about their drive-thru instead of their interior customers or the orders that come through for pickup. Place is clean everything tastes like Tim Hortons. But wait times are as usual bad.
