I ordered everything bagel and it has bacon in it have to focus on quality of product not only fast service.
Zero stars deserved. I've experienced most of the issues all the previous reviews have mentioned. Being short-changed, extremely poor customer service, rushing customers in a surprisingly disrespectful fashion, etc. As someone who doesn't have super high expectations for a fast food experience this place has shocked me over and over. This location as well as the other that shares their staff need new management desperately.
Ok seriously, slow down and do a better job. Where is the coffee? Why do you short pour so badly? Please for the love of coffee fill the cup!! Taste good otherwise you would get a 1 star rating.
I would give this place 0 if I was allowed. Single Handley the worst Tim Hortons in Calgary. First paying for my order via debit. I did not have my pin number in and it was ripped from my hands. When I said what are you doing I was able to enter my pin and even before my payment was clear I was told very rudely to take out my card and was pulled from my hands. Not just today but the last few days iv been here. And the food is very rushed and not quality. I will be contacting corporate.
Leaving bad reviews isn't my thing but I find the coffee strength very weak and inconsistent. I order an Americano at any Tim Hortons to ensure I'm not getting a weak brew, at this store I've had to dump 3 out of my last 7 drinks.
The afternoon staff there is not good, they are rude most of the time. They say okay bye bye now and try to rush you out of the drive through before you even get your coffee, this happens daily. They don’t know how to serve customers In order, Several times have been asked to pull forward to wait for my drink and I watch multiple cars behind me leave with the same drink I am waiting for. This is happened twice in the past two weeks. And I can’t stress enough that they don’t know how to stir an ice cap. Half the time I have to ask them to re-stir, and the picture below is what I get after it’s been re-stirred.
I wish there is a choice to not give them any star at all.Within a week I came to this Tim Horton's location 3 times to dine-in .The washrooms were dirty and toilets didn't flush for whole week, in addition to this, two of the staff members (both girls) were laughing rather loudly. Asking for napkins took so long.Honestly, it's Nice location , wide place , so quite with so bad customer service and employees ; I could say it was the worst Tim Hortons location I had visited in the city.I think it needs more monitoring to control and to fix these administrative transgressions.
This tim horrors is by far my least favorite drive thru to visit. From having food and drink thrust at me, while fumbling to put something down so I can safely drive away, to being ignored if there is an issue I am asking about. The entire time they are repeating okay bye, you go now. I do not feel like I am appreciated as a customer and looking at these reviews I am not the only one.Having good timing on the drive thru is great but not at the expense of good customer service. Management or higher needs to step in.My business will go to another establishment from now on.
They didn't even deserve a single star …. The staff didn't serve a coffee or food to you they just throw it on you .. I know they have a drive thru timer but it doesn’t mean that staff can throw food on customers.It happened with me 5th time neither this is acceptable nor its forgivableMoreover, i have ordered steeped tea it should be hot but it was cold …..Improve your quality of serving …people comes here to get food not to get dirty ????????One of the cheap store in calgary please Don’t visit here to waste of your money and time“ Tim Hortons 5279 72 Ave SE Sucks “
Its not at all busy inside or drivethru but the service is extremely slow. We asked 3 or 4 times for a sleeve and had to get ourselves. Other customers had same experience. They do not have crackers for soup??
