Staff is rude and unprofessional. Tirhas the supervisor likes to make fun of customers instead of helping them.I have never seen unprofessional people like Noor & esey.They can make you wait 20 minutes for the order on purpose doing nothing.
Usually pretty spot on here, maybe new staff should be shown what's needed on certain items. Missing a few things on thisB.E.L.T.....
Five people on shift here and we still waited ten minutes for a blt. I wanted two orders of chili but they are always out. Never stopping here again. I'm pretty much done with Tim's food. It just keeps getting worse.
I could’ve filed my taxes in the time it took for a sandwich to be made. Me an 6 other people have been waiting for our food for over 30 minutes. It’s not even busy
Firstly they screwed up my order, secondly, the supervisor argues about my comment that they should be probably get smaller bowls if their servings are small (see the picture of the bowl ). I guess Justin Trudeau has lowered the expectations of Canada’s performance at all levels.
I can’t believe you actually gave out food that was THAT bad. I know Tim Hortons isn’t exactly high end food but somehow I feel like my civil rights have been infringed upon. I didn’t think it was possible to be served chicken more burnt and overcooked than my 80 year old grandma’s Christmas turkey but you succeeded! I’m going to need 5 chiropractor visits just to reset my jaw from attempting to chew my first bite. You know what? Thank you! I’m going to save a piece of the chicken to keep in my glove box, in case of an emergency I’ll use to to break my window!
I come to this location for a coffee every morning. I get served by Daniela every morning she have a great smile always happy. Definitely makes a good start of my day.
I got a deal from my cellphone app for 6 pcs donuts for 3.49 no exclusions required. When I started to pick the donuts she said I can't pick the dream donuts coz they're none expensive. I tried to look up for my deal on my phone to show her the terms and conditions but it was gone because she scanned it first before telling me there's exclusions. Because I am pregnant and have my cravings I was willing to pay extra. She told me she will charge me just a dollar instead. She went to the cash register and rang up $1.99. I asked her I thought it's just a dollar, she said she can't do it lol. I don't wanna cause a line up so I just paid but I was so disappointed. It's not the money but the service you know and the way the staff talk, not nice.
Drive through was a bit much as they never seem to understand me. I have a British accent and often have this issue. Also why do they put milk in peppermint tea. I never ask for milk but I end up asking for a new one almost 100 percent of the time
Great service there was a trainee that was very well spoken and kind. He helped me take my order and made me feel welcome. On top of that his supervisor was some young man named reyan. He was very kind too and helped me decide on what I should get. He provided me with a very sanitary environment and I will definitely be returning.
