Came here at 7:30 to buy my kids a donut and they wouldn’t let us. On the website it says dine in closes at 8. Was literally only going to buy two donuts and the lady locked the door as we were walking up. So rude! Will not return!
Still closes doors at 7pm. Some staff care more about carrying on a discussion with their work buddy than acknowledging customers. Read other reviews below...the tall Asian guy who has worked there has been rude or ignorant to me many times. I challenge management to finaly hold him accountable.
Ok so I reached this store at 6:45 on May 23. After placing my order I asked Edwin the store supervisor if I could use the washroom. He said the they close the washroom early and would not let the consumers use them even though they placed the order and the washroom is in perfect condition. Michele is the store manager and Timhortons is ok with this. I am raising the case with the consumer protection agency see you there.
Just grabbed a bagel BELT from this location and it had a whole bunch of long black wavy hair in it. Not one or two hairs, but at least a half-dozen. Absolutely disgusting.
I bought a latte in drive through and I received an Ice latte so cold one! I changed inside but took lots of time.
I took my sister and myself out for lunch here.. the service was amazing ? but reason for one star is the school children that came there were rude, loud and were treating the restaurant as a play ground… I feel ashamed if it was my kid! Two kids starting rough housing by my sister and I as we were eating I lost my mind and rudely said this is a restaurant not a play ground… and they had the audacity to laugh and continue their rude behaviour.. I refuse to go back to this location till this is fixed

Need a quick coffee or food? DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!!The drive thru has slowed down quite a lot!It should not take 40minutes for a iced coffee!(this was at 5:30ish in the morning) now I understand that coffee maybe wasn’t made and they had to make it, cool I like fresh coffee however I think that was a bit of an extreme wait since I already paid.This has happened more than several times, I have stopped going to this location for this reason.I live so close to this location it’s easy and convenient but i cant do the wait times haha
They finally are using espresso and steamed milk for the lattes. A win in my books. Very tasty and less $ than it's competitors.
HORRIBLE service. I went on Thursday February 24 2022 at 7:25 pm and the person in the drive through was terrible. While I was ordering they rushed me and cut me off mid sentence, not the first time this happened either. Furthermore I had to answer a urgent notification and the guy just stood there, didn't tell me my order was ready until I looked up. I immediately apologised for the wait for I didn't want to back them up even though nobody else was there and he asked me if I was going to grab my drink or not as I was reaching for it and rolled his eyes at me.
