This is the worst team I’ve ever seen, waited for 23 minutes for my order and every minute the supervisor named Mark, says it’s a big order be patient and after all that waiting time another one says no it’s not his order your order in process I asked for the manager and they said no one here, I have a question for this branch owner; do you pay money for your stuff just for they get fun and joking all the time

Bieb's brews? Seriously? A deal with one of Canada's most disgraceful stars? What an American idea. Rest in peace, simple Canadian Tims. It's not about the hockey or the donuts anymore. It's just a starbucks with a maple leaf stapled to the front.

I ordered 6 assorted donuts and a 450g tin of French vanilla and they delivered an ice cappuccino and 6 of the same donut. I paid $19 for an iced cappuccino I cannot drink and 6 of the same donut. The store is now closed.........

Service was prompt, food tasted nice and customer service was great.Washrooms were well maintained and didn't have to Google how to operate the facilities.

Great spot to have a coffee and a visit with friends. Plenty of seating, lots of parking, only problem was it was quite chilly inside (the AC might have been blasting?)

A quiet location as Loblaws and London Drugs have shutdown nearby. But we liked it quiet.

A good Tim Hortons location that is close to the road. The only disadvantage is that they do not have a drive-through. However, they have good customer service, a neat environment, and friendly and efficient staff. They've got varieties of snacks, breakfast, and lunch, and a good medium size space to dine in. They have a good parking space and

My husband and I stopped in here for a coffee and apple fritter. a combination we have enjoyed on many occasions. Despite the current advertising campaign about their apple fritters and Boston cream donuts having extra filling. we were very disappointed. The apple fritters seemed day-old and the filling was skimpy at best. The glaze was also very limited, covering only half of the fritter. To top it all off, the location was very dirty including the washrooms, tables and floors. The internet wasn't working either. We will never go to this location again, sub standard for a Tim Hortons.

Avoid this location. I say this with multiple visits and all being bad. Poorly made food, extremely slow. Skip all together and save yourself the hassle. Each visit I thought was a one off, but how many attempts should customers make when other locations are bang on, every time.

They’re only missing a drive through but other than that service is really good..place is always clean .
