Coffee and drinks are always amazing, however every Wednesday I always get breakfast and 85% of the time the breakfast wrap always has egg shells in it. Not very appetizing at all
I brought my two kids and ordered soup, sandwiches , donuts and a drink. after got a drink and donuts waited other meals a couple minutes in front of delivery area but nobody was making food there so I back to seat and keep watched the delivery area. it was slow time and nobody was in front of me and 5 minutes later one other guy ordered sandwich. I waited together with that guy and the lady staff ( got her name later . her name is Via) came and made sandwich. when sandwich came out she gave that to other guy who came later than me. and she said it is his sandwich. so I asked where is my sandwich and she does not answer anything and doing other job. I was waited one more minutes and since I was very upset I did not feel to eat any food there. so I asked refund. after that, all of sudden they (all staffs in there )say your sandwich is there. its already there. (what !!!) I was keep come and go 4 times and even asked where is my sandwich but nobody care my order and now they say they called order and nobody answered so keep the food behind. since the cooking lady's attitude was so rude and feel like she does not care anything I was try to get her name to complain. but she told my 'why you need my name?' I explained that I will complain about your service so I need your name. but she keep saying 'why you need my name' eventually, after I got refund I asked her name to other guy staff and he gave me her name. but still she was yelling to the guy staff 'why you give my name'.I can not believe this lady staff 'Via' 's attitude about her job and customers.I really hope management team deal this case very seriously.
Located in busy area of Royal Oak. No drive-thru and had to park and go inside just to grab a coffee. They do not carry different bagels as they run out. Overall okayish fir quick bite.
One of the best locations, staff is friendly, efficient and my order is always right and fresh.
Picked up a dozen donuts to go. The service was good, and the food was exactly what I expected.
Love their bagles. They're soft but chewy. The muffins are fresh and tasty. Well done
Unbelievably slow, even then the restaurant is empty. Somehow, they always manage to put donuts in the bag upside down, which makes sure the top will be stuck to the bag. The coffee almost always has grounds floating in it, and at least twice, there was a piece of coffee filter.
Ordered 2 sausage and eggs breakfast sandwiches to have at home. Drove home only to find out they didn’t add sausages to the sandwiches while I paid for it. So frustrating.
Slowest tims ever, this manager should be ashame.. can't even hire new help for his employees, the poor people are overworked because they are understaffed... hire some new help, don't be cheap, try to save time by placing mobile orders but they don't don't through, so you end up having to wait for 20min or more... unacceptable, I have been served quicker with shorter lines, stop being so cheap and hire more staff
