Who ever owns the westwinds Tims obviously only cares about the profit. Customer service does not matter to them. Have some pride in your store. THIS one is VERY POORLY run. You really need to get a top notch manager in place there to get this operation running smoothly. Standing in line with others complaining about how many times they have had issues wirh this store does NOT help your reputation. Have some pride.

Asked for a steeped tea triple triple thru a Drive thru. Didnt even bother doing the said order. Just gave me a plain steeped tea. And asks you to drive ahead right away. This is the 4th time and i’ve had enough.

Ridiculous!!! Rude staff.Staff don't know how to activate offers. And putting blame on customers that app isn't working!!! How dumb is that!!! The thing is working all other places and not at ur place means the problem is in ur system!!!

Kind of okay but a bit slow.

Overcharged for multiple items and when I called to see what they could do they just hung up on me. If you like Tim Hortons DO NOT go to this one.

I ordered French vanilla and took the order to catch my bus. But when I started drinking, what a bad coffee I ever drunk. I’ll never visit this location again and never recommend others to go there.

I disappointed for my breakfast this morning Sunday around 5:36am because I used drive thru and I ask reward offer for $4.50 All week coffee and any classic breakfast sandwich but she didn't give me then I ate at work I saw inside my sandwich just eggs and cheese with biscuit only

Litreally the worst customer service EVER. Went to get an icecap and the lady at the speaker barely had any voice coming out of her, proceeded to the window where she went to give me the icecap but failed to put the lid on properly then squeezed it as I took it from her and it exploded EVERYWHERE all over the top of my window and inside my car and all over my clothing. When I asked her why she did that she began to blame it on me telling me that I should’ve put it in my car and not on my car, I asked for napkins and it took her about 2 minutes before my passenger yelled at her to give us napkins. I then told her I wanted another icecap she completely ignored me and started talking to her coworker and shut the window, after a few minutes of waiting she returned with another icecap when I went to take it from her the same thing happened and the lid popped off and began spilling again. At this point I had enough I began yelling at her and she swore at me. The Indian lady that works there for the night shift IS THE WORST. This isn’t my first bad experience with her. If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst experience ever.

I have been to hundreds of Tim Hortons and I can confidently say that this place makes the worst Iced Caps possible. They can't even be called Iced Caps, they are more like watery cold coffee. They are that bad consistently.

Worst Tim Horton experience. Tea tastes like water. Beagle with butter served without napkins. Wow. I guess Tim Horton service varies from area to area.
