Good coffee, nice doughnuts. Tasty sandwiches, fast friendly service.
Really poor customer service, ignored us, told us to leave without giving us our full order, and to top it off we ordered a 20 pack of timbits and only gave us 17 (we counted when we got home). I personally wouldn’t have had an issue if it was busy but we were the only ones in the drive threw. Super disappointed to say the least.
Great serviceI noticed the cashier go out of his way to help a couple of elder ladies. He also read out the ingredients to the sauces.
I always go get coffee and a bagel in the night and i have never been disappointed by this timhortons lovely staff even remember my order!
Worst tim hortons ordered a chili and a bun they gave half a bun. Ice coffee had no sugar definitely not coming back.
⛺There is a fellow who lives in his Dodge Caravan and keeps a Second Truck as a spare beside him that is also parked there all the time. He now has parked and lived in this parking lot about three years. He does his mechanical repairs to his vehicles while on site and also waxes his vehicles as customers come and go at Wendy's? and Tim Horton's☕. People laugh at how he doesn't pay any rent but instead takes advantage of the company. He is becoming the talk of Calgary. A regular folk hero sticking it to big business, while Wendy's and Tim Horton's are the laughing stock for allowing it to continue to happen. But not only that, another fellow has recently also taken up perminent residence parking a few stalls south of his two. I guess word is getting around so it shouldn't be long untill the lot is full.It bothers me how Wendy's and Tim's allow this to continue to happen. But what really bothers me most is that when he moved in three years ago he took my spot.?
For some reason every time I go to this Tim Hortons (drive thru) the order doesn't get entered into their system and they have to ask me to order again at the window and then they start making it.I go to other Tim Hortons occasionally and they don't ever have this problem. Just this one Tim Hortons. It's strange.As a result the drive thru can back up because they're retaking orders at the window and then still trying to fulfill them.
There is no option for zero star otherwise I would have given them zero star. The worst tim horton ever. They gave us wrong order asked for dark roast coffee but instead gave us simple tasteless coffee. Even the coffee was not fresh.
Came here a few days ago. It was busy because of people coming home from work and everything but there were only 2 employees working and it was very slow. a 3rd employee came out to help and they apologized for the wait after. My food was good and I will probably come back in the future if I’m in the area
My donut and iced coffee was pretty good, unfortunately it seems like all 3 employees working cared much more about the drive thru, rather than the customers inside.
