The only really thing I don't like about this Tim Hortons is sometimes the service or the food. But most of the time this time I don't not like the facilities to go to the bathroom, a thousand percent, especially dirty. I understand you get busy and everything but come on. I don't takes one person to go in and freshen up. Nope can't do that. I serious today with good but somewhat terrible. It was figured out and dealt with and calmly quick manner. Place on in a dining area is nice and clean. Lots of seating for everyone. Staff today was plight and helpful when there was an issue, but like I said it was quickly solved. What a really wish that some of the importance have a way of like an air condition because you can't open windows and can't control that but of like a bit of a air conditioner when it's hot. It's stifling in here. Plus, if you're going to drink something hot, it's going to make you hotter. But either way this is an okay to me. I don't promise to this one too often.
I frequently come to this tims due to convenience. They are slow most of the time, but today I ordered, and was waiting for about 10 min. Then I see the lady who is supposed to be making the wraps etc.. she's talking on ger phone in the back. Sees me waiting and continued speaking on the phone.
ZERO STARS!This is absolutely the worst Tim hortons I have EVER ordered from.I live near this location and they have repeatedly gotten my order wrong. I don’t think they have ever completed one order correctly.Today was the last and final time I ever return.Step your game up Tim hortons!!!!!!!!
Very unorganized and the staff working do not pay attention to customers. Line wrapped around the front counter and people were just walking in and skipping the line from the door. When other customers told them where the line was they said there was two lines (because everyone wants to stand in the longest line). None of the employees even approached the situation because they were not paying attention. Got my coffee and timbits and left, got home and noticed I received a muffin instead. Ridiculous, do not understand how a mix up like that could even happen and to note that a muffin is $2 cheaper then a box of timbits. Will not be back to this location.
These guys need way more staff, I've been standing here for 20 minutes for a bagel belt and a hash brown, I'm seeing a large line up of people and 3 of them have already been sick of waiting and left, you are losing business, and this happens regularly.
Always forgetting to put 1 or 2 items in my order from skipIm sure skip is getting tired of me asking for refunds from this location
Not even sure why certain modifications “didn’t show up” on their system for my mobile orders. Service is average; the employees seemed expressionless and non-chalant. No drive thru at this location but lots of parking spaces nearby.
Never open when it says it is. Always closed before 9pm even though it's always listed as open on Google maps until 11pm. It's a lie. It's never open that late. Also probably the slowest tim hortons in the city. Probably Chronically understaffed location.
Always slow - be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes to even get your food. If you are just looking to get a quick lunch don’t go here. They also are always out of certain donuts. Disappointing because of the size there is so much potential to serve a lot of customers. Go to the Esso gas station to get your Tim’s to avoid the line.
Have had great service here since i started coming in feb. one hiccup w a new guy but over all great, fast, friendly
