No one go to the braeside Tim Hortons, they will not get your order right and they load the cream cheese on your bagel. And when you ask for light cream cheese, they barely put nothing.
I come here nearly everyday for my coffee and today I activated an offer on my Tim Hortons rewards app and they failed to give it to me. The blonde lady who seemed to be a supervisor argued with me saying “It didn’t work”. Very disappointing considering the business I give them!!
Extremely disappointed with the management at Braeside Tim Hortons.
Made my order incorrectly. Didn’t even listen to the order and interrupted to say see you at the window before I was done ordering. Did not even spread the cream cheese on the bagle- half did not have any cream cheese on it just a lump on one side. Used cream in my tea instead of milk. Just use a different Tim Hortons
Love this place.There’s an amazing employee named Megan who works here, she was very kind, I couldn’t get over how happy she was. Definitely 5 stars for her!!!!
My favorite tims to go to. Never a wrong order and the staff is always very friendly
Super consistent. Love them for making sure they fix mistakes. May back up drive thru a bit.... but they're always doing their best and fixing anything requested. They also, most often, are able to accommodate any specific requests... regardless of how insane the requests are. We overall love this place.
If you want your order to be completely wrong and undercooked every single time, definitely visit this location. They put zero effort or pride into their work and I’m very surprised they are still open. Just got to A&W down the street, they get it right every time, and their food doesn’t make you sick.
Go thru the drive thru this morning order a English Muffin with bacon and egg. Get home and give it to me for her birthday breakfast and it's English Muffin with Sausage instead of egg and bacon. Unbelievable.
