Quick in and out. Standard expected experience and expectations
Fast service, standard quality. Although, it just seems like workers have the worst time of their lives there.
Upon entering, faced with both the cash registers. Very small/cramped corner store location. When it is busy, it is difficult to distinguish where the queue starts… other times if it’s not busy then it gets awkward.Sometimes there are homeless people loitering at / around the outside here.
If I could rate my experience 0 stars I would. The barista working was having a bad day or something and decided to make my steeped tea triple triple with no sugar, and my partners green tea 1 cream 2 sugar with out the cream. Then after we come back to ask for our drinks to be made properly she was very rude and tried making our drinks a size SMALLER! Even to top it all off she had no respect to hand me my drink and left it on top of the donut display for me to walk over and grab myself. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service and definitely a Tim Hortons I would never ever go back to if this barista is working.
Over the last 2 years Ive been going to this Tims on a regular basis and unfortunately today was by far my worst experience. I was one of the first people during the rush but one of the last to leave. I only ordered a BELT and im surprised it took 6+min to make. There were 2 people who ordered wraps behind me, who left before me. Not only that, the tomato was sloppily placed and made a huge mess. The bagel was also cut improperly to the point my top half fell apart in my hands since it was so thinly cut.Ive had wonderful experiences here and the staff has always been kind and generally quick. But today was the worst bar none.
Have been coming here recently and while they may be somewhat fast, it comes at the expense of accuracy. They always miss something from my order, or make a sandwich without the correct modifications. Reading an order off of the screen and preparing it isn't difficult. Also, don't bother asking for hashbrowns after 12pm unless you enjoy them cold and rock hard.Will be going to a different Tim's from now on.
Found wood shards in my breakfast bagel sandwich. Will never go back.
Average tims wasn't blown away but didn't have any issues.
The service bland like their coffee, staffs are not friendly at all.
