Whenever I go at this location, It always feel like no one wants to work over here or wants to take your order both on drive thru and in store. Workers over here are always so rude and if you ask them any question they are rolling eyes and making bad expressions.

Tim Hortons in Westhills is my closest Timmies. Consistently friendly, professional and pleasant staff. Always clean.I simply want to give them a positive shout out for being awesome because it's a really busy location and I know everyone who works there deserves a thank you!

Dirty, they don't clean the booth areas and rude worker. I asked one lady to clean the table I was at today and she got annoyed and hesitated then asked " are all of them dirty?" it was the only table available at that time. she said sure and didn't do it but she cleaned every other table instead of mine while walking past my table after 20 min. she was rude when she took my order as she rushed me to order when it wasn't even busy.

Tim Hortons as a whole has gone so far down hill ever since they sold. Coffee is disgusting.

Close to work so grab coffee now and again. Forget how terrible it is. 9/10 times something is wrong with the order or you get something gross.Don't waste your money here.

Very busy parking lot and a lengthy lineup, almost every time I find myself at this Douglasdale location.The 'decaf' coffees that I ordered were not 'decaf'...

Went to 3 Tim's and they all were out of chilli. We even ordered ahead and got there and it was sold out. Not impressed.

Yesterday I said yes they finally put more cream in the Boston cream…..Guess what…No they just make them smaller …Surprise surprise first bite… no cream, open it in half with my hand and no napkins they didn’t give me any again.. NO CREAM!!!!aaahhhh!!! Supposed to be more creamBecause I believe in second chance and try again trying to be nice someone made a mistake very busy place mistakes happens..The lady who doesn’t really care much about it give me one free of charge of course…Guess what.. same scenario the same lad looks at me like a did a magic tricks and made the cream disappear againAnd so did she disappeared!!So no extra cream no Boston cream just my solitude in front a strange situation..?

Normally it's not a tall order to satisfy me as a Tim's customer, but I feel the need to highlight something for management.Outside peak hours, like tonight, it's not unheard of to stand in the empty lobby, with employees milling around - regardless of whether you are busy, you NEED to acknowledge your customers.....at the least.I waited 6 minutes in an empty lobby, no other customers - caught the eyes of two separate employees and yet I may as well have been utterly beyond the human eye's ability to see.Anyone who's spent a day on either side of the retail counter, knows what being ignored is bound to do to a customer. Be busy, fine, but be polite.
