I'm there once a week, every week for the last 15 weeks. God forbid they get an order right. Maybe if they didn't push people out of the line to go park they would get something right. Absolutely brutal.
if you're getting the loaded wraps from this store …. think again. it is only half the wrap. better get it from other tims stores. not worth the money.
I went there for anything to eat but there was nothing there only coffee. I was really disappointed. The service was great the girl told me that it was slow so they started cleaning and when I even asked for bagel nothing. I hope they at least have some baked goods before cleaning.
Ordered a Chai Tea Latte. Received one with an espresso shot in it. Went back to return it and explained that I wanted just tea, got the same thing again. Don't know what else to do. Just please go somewhere else if you need anything that's not coffee.
Came through front counter and ordered on mobile app and asked for double toasted jalapeño bagel and it was black burnt bagel so wen I called the store and said u have me burnt bagel and supervisor Karmjit reply was u asked for double toasted bagel . And wen I went back with burnt bagel to the store he said it’s not burnt. After looking at the bagel . And no apology no nothing. I paid for food and I got burnt food. Paid over $22 for the order
“Can I please get a sausage biscuit with cheese and no egg?” proceeds to give me a disgusting egg biscuit with cheese and no sausage.Someone clearly needs more coffee. This is the second time this has happened.
This is my go to location if I’m in a hurry and want to get a quick beverage/food. They’re super quick through drive-thru and I’ve never had an issue with my orders.
One of the best Tim Hortons in Calgary hands down! They make your coffee on time and perfect! Haven't had any issues since I've been going! The food tastes great!?
From till guy left to deliver someone their order outside then when come back in he did mit wash hands before touching my items that I ordered and grabbed napkins tossed it in the bag cross contamination now I can't use napkins to wipe my face because his dirty hands were on them
