Regularly go for a drink and/or snack and the staff is almost always friendly. The quality of the food and drinks is what you would expect (average) but the price is still better than most of the alternatives.
Located on second floor of office building. Food court includes this Tim's. Quick service and quality fresh dark roast coffee and muffins. Rewards cards accepted.

I don't know if it's a new owner/manager/staff, but I was pleasantly surprised at how fast service and seamless service was today! I've always known this place to be slow and the service is meh, but had to keep coming back since it's the closest Tim's from where I work. Will reserve a 5th star for consistency hopefully on my next visit.
Old product and staff do not care. Bought donut sticks for the first time, took one bite right in front of the girl and said 'these taste old, they are not good' and I threw them out and she didn't say a word. While I was waiting for my breakfast I asked her if they are old and she just stared at me. Don't sell old, stale products!
Unattentive staff who simply don`t listen to you making your order as she is too busy chatting with other staff. Once again, it is not the product which makes this a one star but poor service.
They don’t give you the order correctly.I always have to go back and tell them to give my actual order!
