No drive-thru, so all customers come in to order. Two tills open consistently, but long lines and kind of a mixed bag on time it took to have orders fulfilled. One day they missed my hash brown, another day I waited a long time at the food pickup area until a different staff member noticed I had not received my sandwiches and took it upon herself to make them. I'd go again next time I'm in town because of the location, but I'd allow myself longer time.
The rude lady in the back should be fired immediately! She has no clue how to speak in a tone that isn’t condescending and rude. Got yelled at for not picking up my food soon as it was ready because I was using the washroom. Another customer came up to me and told me she is always like that. Whoever hired that woman must have been quite desperate she would be better suited working in a back alley fight club.
Ordered 1 dozen donought and 1 dozen muffins. Got charged for 2 half-dozen of each. Total overcharge was $4, and the guy was grabbing the donoughts and muffins with his bare hands. Disgusting.
The workers all seamed very slow and untrained. The manager became very distracted when a friend showed up despite the long line of customers. Seemed unprofessional and disorganized.
Busy day for the few employees. Hard working group. Thank you for great service today.
Good Tim Hortons in a great area of town just out side of the Shouldice Athletic park. Ine of the first or last Tim Hortons on your way in or out of town. Good place to stop for coffee and more
The lady making our food wasn't wearing a mask over her nose. This is the second time I have noticed her doing this. It is absolutely gross that she is allowed to handle people's food while she breaths all over it.
I have to ask at least 7-8 TiMES to put one extra sugar in the cappuccino *BEFORE* they make the cappuccino ?☕ I even tell the actual person that makes it a couple of TiMES and she nodes yes and EVERY SiNGLE TiME they put the sugar in after and it doesn't mix in properly because of the foam. The cappuccino ?☕ ALWAYS taste different. Very inconsistent in quality and taste. Last few TiMES I ordered taste LiKE they put regular coffee ☕ in it. It DiD NOT ? taste LiKE it had any espresso shots in it at all..
Quick service, and really good soup. If you dont know what to order, the Chicken noodle soup here is incredible
I had a wonderful experience at this location. I didn't catch the names of the girls working there, but they were absolutely lovely and gave amazing customer service. My tea was served in record time, especially considering I went quite late. The store itself looked like it was kept quite clean. I also observed the girls talking with a frustrated customer and as someone who also works in customer service, I can say that I was quite impressed with the way the girls handled the situation. Truly some great workers at this location!
