One of the worst Timmy's in Calgary. Employees like to yell and scream at each other. Messy restaurant. Grumpy Workers.
Not sure what they are doing to ice coffee It’s terrible Mickey D’s makes better iced coffee than Tim Hortons Lately always need to check my order 6 times out of 10 it’s wrong!!!!!
This Tim Hortons is CONSISTENTLY HORRIBLE!! I never write reviews for places, even if I have had a bad experience but this was just the last straw for me. I ordered an Iced Capp with extra cream a bagel and a broccoli soup with shredded cheese in it. When I finally got to the window the guy working rudely said… how are u paying?? I told him I had a Tim’s card which he seemed annoyed to scan, and promptly after he basically shoved everything into my car. When I got home to eat, my iced Capp did not have extra cream, my bagel was burnt and they gave me CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP WITH CHEESE????? I don’t understand how you can get something so wrong and the chicken noodle soup with CHEESE IN IT was the last straw!!! Save your time and money and Go to crowfoot instead!
Had the new chicken wraps. They were ok, a disappointment from the commercials. The decaf coffee was very good.
Any time you pull up there's a huge line. There's many employees but their surprisingly slow. Always chaos behind the counter. Just take the extra 5 minutes to go to the next closest location.
Can someone from Tim Hortons cooperate please look into this location! The coffee is either always burnt or cold and they can never get it right, sometimes it just tastes like water.
I go to two Timmies in the city; one by home and one by work, for at least the past 9 years. The by work, perfect 99% of the time.The Tuscany location is consistently terrible. Rushing you at the drive through, and always missing items. Timmies are all about consistency and this Tuscany one just sucks… do better for your community.
WiFi hasn't been working for over 3 weeks, told cashier last 5 visits WiFi was not working, still broken. 5029 Nose Hill Dr NW, Calgary, AB. Come on Tim's !
The staff here are the worse!!!! No accountability for mistakes. When I called the Assisstant manager and explained this was my third order this week that was wrong and that I clearly heard her staff repeat the order she became argumentative and highly unprofessional. Will not return to this location ??????
More worried about Skip the Dishes orders and drive thru rather than dine in... waited 15 mins for a everything bagel with cream cheese....and there was no line up inside...
