I asked for a medium coffee with two cream and no sugar. I got it with two cream but with no coffee...lol. The coffee machine might been broken but the attendant refused to replace it or give me a refund.

Very rude Customer Service. Asked for assorted but had to change one and he was very rude

I have moved to the area and I must admit this Tim Hortons is consistently great service and good food. The owner is always out there helping his staff and friendly. I go constantly and have never been disappointed, even the coffee is always fresh. Thanks for running a great restaurant!

There's no drive thru, and I really don't like going in to order. The lady who took my order really struggled to understand me, and I'm not quite sure she if she couldn't hear me or if she didn't fully understand English. She ended up giving me an medium s'mores Iced Capp instead of a medium s'mores Creamy Chill. When I went back to ask about it, she gave me a small chocolate Creamy Chill on the house as an apology.

They deliberately put down wifi and no power outlets so guests don’t sit there. They just want to make easy money. Worst Tim Horton’s ever!

This specific Tim Hortons is the best one I have been to in Calgary. Fine, they don't have a drive through, but I never use those anyway. The reason I say it is the best is firstly that the staff and the owner are absolutely amazing. Most of the staff have worked there for many years and they are so friendly. Secondly, I don't know what they do, but their coffee tastes better than any other Tim Hortons out there. The owner once told me that he has to buy some crazy $10,000 water filters or something, can't remember the exact details, but whatever he does is working because the coffee tastes better.

I'm pretty happy with this location. The manager is professional and good at what he does. There are awkward times with the cashiers and orders but nothing major.

I was at the Beddington Heights Tim Hortons on Friday, December 17, 2021 at 8:25AM to get some coffee for myself and some colleagues at work.None of the staff acknowledged me while I was waiting with a 3 year old boy in my arms because I couldn't leave him waiting in the car and he couldn't walk; not even the manager on duty. When one of the baristas came to the till, she served another customer who had arrived after me. When she saw me, she still did not acknowledge me and did not serve me. The manager totally disregarded me as well.Hey Beddington Heights Tim Hortons, don't give me that "we were busy" excuse. If there's no line up and the manager has time to chat with the customer you're clearly not busy at all. You just don't care for parents who are struggling when they come into your store. You don't want to sell me coffee? Fine, I went to McDonald's instead and found out their coffee tastes way better than yours anyways. You don't care to serve? Just close down already then. You are a waste of space anyways.Bad service, mediocre coffee!! No wonder McDonald's beat Tims in coffee sales. Never going back to that SH#:&%hole store again.
