Well take this review with a grain of salt as I am not big fan of Tim Hortons or any other chain restaurants. I find that the menu offers little choice . The food isn't that cheap nor is it very good . A donut is like what , two dollars ? Oh wait that's only specialty donuts , basically every donut they have . I'm sorry I would much rather go to a hole in the wall mom and pop operation . I am always in support for the little guy and not the giant corporation and it usually ends up with me eating better quality , better tasting food and a good feeling about where my money is going .
Very bad service. Went through the drive thru, the staff was not well behaved. The bagel with cream cheese I ordered looked like someone smash on it. They need to improve a lot.
I remember, I requested Tim Hortons cashier for $7.00 deal of two cravable chicken burgers. Cashier without my opinion, she redeemed my points and gave me two Cravables in $5.00 and I didn't noticed.Few days after, I noticed my redeem points. Please investigate it and I want my points back. It's un appropriate.Thanks
I always grab small green tea black and some Timbits or a donut. Dine in for a few minutes or just simply order it for take out. Staff are nice too.
DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Extremely sick from food poisoning from this location. Asked them to use fresh tongs so I could order their potato wedges but have a gluten allergy. This is not a typical reaction if it was just gluten... Normally it would be extreme stomach pain etc. Clearly the hygiene is terrible here as I've been throwing up since I arrived home. This is the only place I've eaten today. Tried to call but no answer. Disgusting.
Typical fast food place. I ordered a sandwich and it was slapped together with all the slices of ham unseparated, the mustard in gobs and not spread over the bun. But considering the bad presentation and customer delivery, and after I reassembled the sandwich, the taste was satisfactory.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Waited in line inside for 10 mins, finally shift manager comes to assist and was rude. I understand we all get busy and other things maybe happening behind the scenes but we are patron's afterall.
I always get my coffee right and they know me so well that I can just pull up and say my first thing and they know the rest of my order
Went thru drive in was told to park and someone would bring breakfast out. Waited 9 minutes.,others were coming going then went in. Told someone, was told asap. No apology. After another 5 minutes, others were coming and going...still nothing. Barged up to the til and told I wanted a refund. Took a few minutes to find a (manager ?) Finally after more than 10 minutes I got a refund. No apologies etc. What a mess over there. Poor service since taken over.
