The people are great here, but for some reason they're cappuccino machine is broken at least once a week, I like a latte every morning and this location has become very unreliable because of their broken machine. When it is working they make a pretty good latte. But unfortunately they just can't seem to keep it working
Tim Hortons quality has become quite standard and I'm not really going to comment on the coffee or farmers wraps I get regularly. What makes this location get 3 stars from me, is its parking lot layout. The traffic headed through the drive through gums up the parking lot and bleeds out onto the street which in turn creates a constant flow of customers almost any time of day. So whether you're headed through that line or inside, there's always a wait. The staff are friendly and doing their best but always seem swamped with customers so the ticket times on anything made (ie bagels, sandwiches, etc) is always slow. I've waited up to 8 minutes for things before. Overall... quality is tim Hortons standard but it seems like they need a few more staff or better trained individuals who are attuned to a heavier flow of traffic.
The staff are friendly and helpful here. The food and coffee are what you would expect from most Tim Horton's locations.The extreme challenge here is both the interior layout and the parking lot layout. The drive-thru location means cars are stacked outside the parking lot and onto the street which blocks other cars from entering and parking. What a mess.Inside the doorway leads to an extremely narrow entrance with nowhere to really lineup. With one cashier to take orders this location is definitely not set up for a busy rush. People who have concerns about Covid19 and getting close to others are going to be uncomfortable here.Once you get past the entrance and cashier the interior is quite beautiful though.It just seems like the original planning of this location was not well thought out.
Don’t know why I keep going back, half of the time they don’t have what I ask for! A few weeks ago I went at 8 am asking for hash browns, they didn’t have any cooked and I was asked to pull over to the side for 15 min. And today I asked for a chicken sandwich and was told the same thing. After a little argument about then not doing their job, and us asking for our money back. The receipt was thrown at us and the window slammed. Every other time has their food prepared, but not this one.
This Tim Hortons never seems to get an order correct. I always have to double check at the drive thru window and they will confirm that it is correct but it isn't. 3 out of the last 4 times it was incorrect. Disappointing

Nancy and Ria are the two beautiful faces who greet me each day when o go to buy my farmers wrap! The staff are awesome, friendly, kind and quick at completing orders. This is the best Timmy’s in Canada.
After living near this place for about a year now - I avoid it like the plague. Too many times in the morning I end up waiting forever in the drive through. People are on their way to work, we don't have time to sit around waiting for a bunch of lazy and incompetent employees. This place is a complete joke, I literally drive past it every morning and I don't even bother trying to get pull in for food or coffee anymore - that's when you know there is an issue.
Some people who work here are okay …But some lack the skill of simply stirring the drinks..iv gone there tons of times and my drink wont be stirred leaving a bunch of solid sugar in the cup ,this hasn’t happened just once it’s happened multiple times . I have even told them to stir it and it still wont be stirred…
Normally just get drinks not food, they are typically pretty fast with the drive through. However the parking lot has a terrible set up and the second order station they put up, is a waste of there money and time! The second one barely gets used and when i have seen it used the parking lot ridiculously backed up cause that car took forever to order and you can't fit any cars behind that station if someone is using it. Drinks are decent but the lot itself is a disaster.
