Love this coffee shop. Great service
July 5/22 don't come here if you have somewhere to be. Literally the slowest Tim Hortons I've ever been in, and for the past two weeks they've got every single order we've made wrong. They also haven't bothered to try to correct overcharging and truly don't seem to care about anything at all.
I like to sit by the big window on Trans Canada Hwy 1 (16 Ave N) and almost a Kitty corner from SAIT
I specifically asked for a half coffee half French vanilla the boy who took my order made my order and then gives me it and says French vanilla and walks away… I tell the girl is this half coffee she asks the boy he says yes I leave AND ITS FULLY FRENCH VANILLA.
They did not accept my Tim Hortons reward.I found out after my payment and then complained,but she said “NEXT TIME”. What the heck????
I enjoy coming to this Tim Horton’s location in the morning. The employees are friendly, and I like the quietness of the early morning.
I was here yesterday arownd 12:00 I saw something very impresive the worker Hya was very nice with cstomers she help the old women how was not abel to carry all the things to her car I wish to see more workers like Hya
Worst timmies in the area they never make food properly or even proper coffee half the time its never stirred or there's no sugar at all and the computer system constantly uses my boyfriends points when he trys to scan his Tim's card only at this location.. even tho we end up paying the full bill for out coffees..... but yet his points always get used and this has happened here on more than one occasion ...Even just a few days ago I came here with my family and yet again my order was wrong ... because the lady working front counter obviously could not hear proplrerly .
One minus point is they don't have any drive-thru. Some time nobody is at the second till and we have to wait in the line for a long time
Great steeped tea, coffee and bagels. Better than other locations in terms of taste.
