We had a little in this communication at Tommy Fields which happens from time to time. The bartender Ryan and our server Mimi handled it absolutely amazingly. We had an overall wonderful experience at Tommy fields, and personally loved how they handled the conflict that we were feeling. I feel like the problem-solving between these two was absolutely amazing and therefore would 100% come back again. I think the best part of a dining experience is knowing that you’re a bartender and your server will have your back and make sure that any problems are fixed. Problems are very easy to fix it when people neglect doing it that makes a rough experience and in my honest opinion our table did not have that. They were very outgoing they listened to what we were expressing and they fix that problem in seconds. The experience overall was 100% and I would recommend this place.
Use to love the food and went there all the time, however, have noticed the quality and care has gone downhill. Ordered the fish tacos for years notice they changed there fish can’t see or taste it. Husband and I went for lunch, first people in there he ordered the steak sandwich with mushrooms it was like leather and steak was 1/4 size of the bun and mushrooms couldn’t even chew. Next time ordered salt and pepper wings, think the cook emptied an entire box of salt on them, the sticky ribs were great though. Servers are great no complaints there at all. This will be last time we are going there after being a regular costumer since the opening. Hopefully the owners do a review of quality and control.
Food was very good - I do not like fries but couldn't help myself from stealing my daughters(the big thick ones). The garden salad was excellent. Service was quite good, care was shown for our daughter's need for gluten free and appropriate options offered. Food came in a timely manner - one error in the order needed correcting but came quickly. Didn't need to keep asking for water to be refilled. Prices were reasonable. Very good experience.
Nobody came to see us after we sat for 15 minutes. They said we could not order water. I just wanted water for my toddler. Feathers on most of our chicken wings.

Went on a weeknight originally, the service was great but it was a slowish night. That's why this is a 3, not lower.Went on a busy night, waited 15 minutes to order a drink, then another 20 after that before getting the drinks and being able to order food. The cocktails were very inconsistent, nachos were salty, the deep fried pickles and poutine were good. Asked for the bill and waited another 20 minutes for that. The first visit was great. The second visit was not good. Different servers as well.
Came for wing Monday.Variety of wing flavors was excellent.Table ordered 5 kinds and they all tasted great.Wings also seemed fresher and higher quality than many other places I have been recently.Service was quick and decent, no complaints.Drinks and food slightly on the more expensive side, but prices did not drive us away by any means.
I headed here pretty late in the night, but this place was still packed with ppl. Tokyo beer was nice. It had citrus flavour and good amount of bitterness. Fried calamari was tender and juicy but would be better if it was more crispy. The other menus we tried were good too!
My service experience at this location has been 50-50. If you get a good server then you're set but otherwise, you kinda have to be on the lookout. Their food is delicious! Love their daily specials. A must try at this place is their sticky toffee cake with vanilla ice-cream. It is to die for!
This place was okay, it’s really busy and the food took forever to get to us. Our server was really nice and I do believe she tried her best but has no control over the kitchen. The pizza was probably the best I have had ever. It was simple and flavoured perfectly.Drinks were fast.If you’re looking for a simple pub place this is it!
