Went here for a birthday dinner. And the waitress we had seemed to have forgotten us? We sat down and only took half the drink orders (there was 6 of us.) and then came back for the other. We all ordered and by this time we had finished the bread. So we asked for more and a top up on drinks. Bread didn’t come out until half way into the meals and had to remind her of the drinks. One cup had lipstick on it. and one persons meal was completely forgotten about.We understand that mistakes happen. But like, take a minute to breath and get back in the game.At the end of the service, the server seemed to then rush us out.
Probably the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. The people around us were given their appetizers before us and we arrived way before them. They ordered the same appetizers as us. When the food arrive it was probably the worst chicken parmigiana I’ve ever had. The cheese was super salty and the chicken tasted like it came out of a microwave. One of the ladies was nice enough to offer us dessert. Our server explained that they have back orders and short staff. We was okay until the people around us were given their food but we arrived way before them. The fact that we had to wait an hour for our food to arrive was upsetting. I know that they had steps on serving but the time and service could’ve been better. When I was going to pay for our meal the lady just gave me the machine and left. I was almost gonna tip but my birthday is ruined and everything about our experience from start to finish was a disaster. Since it’s my birthday all is forgiven.
I have been to this location on multiple occasions and this was by far the WORST experience! I called earlier in the week to make a reservation as we had a group of 12 of us so I figured calling to make a reservation as a heads up that there would be a big group of us so they could be prepared for it. We were given one waitress who had to go to the manager multiple times to fix something that was wrong including the orders taken for us and the food we received after going over what we wanted 3 times before she put in the order . Our waitress did the best she could so I do not blame her , however the management should have been more prepared and lend a hand as one waitress for that size of a group is unacceptable.
Very disappointed with Old Spaghetti Factory. We ordered six meals for the family, for Mother's Day. My brother in-law went to pick up the order. He came home with an entree missing, missing salad, salad with wrong dressing, half our order of bread and butter missing; all of which he paid for. When I called to rectify the order, I was told to tell them what was missing, at the front counter, and not over the phone. My brother in-law went back and spent the next 20min waiting to speak with someone. He waited another 25min for the missing food. The whole experience was pretty disorganized. When my brother in-law got the missing food, it was the same entree they made over an hour earlier, which was cold. They didn't re-make it or heat it.Not happy at all about how everything played out.
Food is good, prices are basically the same as pre pandemic but portions (curbside pickup) were WAY smaller than before.Staff was courteous, friendly and efficient for curbside pickup. Online ordering was flawless and easy.
To be honest it was actually not to shab. I really enjoyed the tofu chicken fingers but I do like my tofu chicken fingers a bit soggier. Now the tofu chicken nuggets were a different story, they were soggy crunchy and burnt. Just how I like them! The atmosphere was great! They played Justin beiber and Ed Sherman the entire time and I was loving it. Overall just a great place to go!
Went here for my birthday and the service was absolutely amazing. Our server Rebecca was awesome. Literally, as soon as we sat down the server was at our table taking orders. The food and drinks were great. My two year old daughter also had a great time; it’s was a plus for having a very friendly family environment. I will definitely recommend and I will visit again.
The food and service were excellent! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the restaurant beautifully decorated. I would highly recommend this location for families, date night, or just a lunch out with friends.
Had an excellent meal, staff was friendly, restaurant is clean. Had a bit of a hiccup with my husband's QR code being tricky to scan and his medical mask exception so a manager was called, but he dealt with the situation professionally and politely which these days is so refreshing to come across!
We've never had a bad experience here. Staff is nice, place is clean and prices are great. Through covid they've been excellent and safe. Great place for families and special occasions.
