Fan Gawd daham tastic! Our server Anika is worth a sit down here alone. She went above and beyond to make my wife and i,1 year anniversary dinner perfect! All the staff was friendly and made the dinner special. The food was killer and piping hot. The steak cooked perfectly and the lobster was fluffy and not rubbery. Drinks were delivered fast after requesting a refill. Staff also made sure to clear the tables even if they weren't our server. Great place. I highly suggest coming here. Normally we go to crowfoot but it is nice to know this location is top teir as there brother in crowfoot.

This is an awesome place to come for any types of celebrations, or just a nice night out. When you come look for Geordie. He is the best server! He took care of all of us having special birthdays together with his friendliness and great sense of humor, super accommodating with our requests and smiled all night. We would always come back to this location and ask for him!

Nice intimate atmosphere with excellent table service. My steak ordered rare was more on the side of medium rare, but this was most likely because they wanted to bring out everyone's food around the same time and our group was on the larger side. Our server was so accommodating, I just didn't have the heart to send it back. ?

We celebrated a large family birthday party. Service was excellent. Staff were attentive and friendly. Clean washrooms. Modern art in walls. Nice ambiance. We enjoyed the filet mignon and double baked potatoes. Very tasty. Recommend!??

Disappointed experience with my Prime Rib.I went to the Keg steakhouse for celebrating my son’s birthday. Because I have excellent experiences in my friend’s b-day at the Keg steakhouse. I expected a similar experience.I ordered the Prime Rib and it was Too much fat.. I asked it seemed too much fat in it to my server. However, she said it is a Prime Rib. I didn’t discuss it further with her because I didn’t want to ruin my emotion in my son’s birthday.I thought it didn’t worth spending my money at the Keg yesterday.

Going to The Keg was a splendid experience. The food there was good and the service was good as well. The wait time wasn't bad considering the number of people at the time. The waitress was kind and friendly. I think the aesthetics really pushed this place to a five-star rating.Below is the BBQ Pork Ribs.

A great service experience. The waitress was very knowledgeable and friendly.Food was good but nothing that would keep me coming back. Some things I found a bit off were:Menu was confusingFood was a bit over cooked burning veggies and over cooking the steak. But we came here for my moms birthday and had a great time. Watched the whole raptors game here with some drinks and then got some free dessert. 4 star experience.

one of our favorites for special occasions...food always delicious. awesome Billy Miner Pie! very friendly staff, great service!

Lower your expectations if you’re a group - they are understaffed. This is not the Keg I know at all. They are not prepared for 100% capacity. We were a group of six celebrating a 60th birthday, where the birthday girl spent 4 hours waiting, only to go home hungry. The wait times in the below story aren’t exaggerated unfortunately.Reservation was for 6pm, but had to wait 30 minute for a table. They tried to tell us our reservation was later, but it clearly says 6pm on the OpenTable app.The table looked like a 4 or 5 person table hastily thrown together to accommodate 6 people. With all the glasses, cutlery, etc, it was just really cramped.Any time we ordered drinks, took 15 minutes to arrive. Entrees took about 2.5 hours to be served - all cold and sent back to the kitchen. On their second attempt, they forgot to provide cutlery after having cleared it earlier. Additionally, 4 plates had issues again - 2 were incorrect, one had over cooked steak, and the fourth (the birthday girls plate) was served late, and was cold. See my photo - the butter on the potato remained solid and wasn’t melting. We sent it back and decided to cut our losses. Birthday girl went home hungry. They comped everything, which we appreciate. But this was a big screw up for a milestone 60th birthday celebration. And they had the gall to text us that they “allocated 1.5 hours” for our table. They also blamed our long seating time on customers staying longer - maybe that’s true, or maybe they stayed longer because the kitchen was understaffed and unable to keep up.The Keg is a fine steakhouse, one that has been a tradition for our family to celebrate at since I was a child. But it’s just not up to snuff right now, and I hope they get their staff planning on lock soon.

We had such a great experience from start to finish. Everything was good until the lobster tail was overcooked. Mentioned to the server. Immediately it was changed up and the manager came over to apologize. Next tail was perfect. What a great bunch of people. Obviously love their job!! Thanks Market Mall Keg!!
