Our server was amazing
Our waitress, while attentive and did the correct things on paper, had a terrible attitude and did not have any type of people skills. She was borderline rude and seemed to be annoyed she had to serve us. Just the attitude she gave off. The food was terrible. Appetizer were actually quite lovely but the steaks were disgusting I couldnât even eat mine. Not worth the money at all. Iâve been to other locations in the past and while it was never my favourite place I still enjoyed my time at the keg and would be happy to go again; this experience has made me never want to go to a keg ever again.
My mom came to Calgary today It was mom's birthday today , so I went to The keg steakhouse!! She was very happy and made good memories thanks to the friendly server and manager :) We had Caesar salad, tuna tartare and steak. All food was perfect !
Three of us ladies meet at the keg monthly for our âgirls dateâ so we know itâs always a great experience. This visit our server was Ember and she was AMAZING! Probably the best service we have ever had at the keg. Our meal was delicious and I could have cut my steak with a bitter knife. I tried the new cauliflower mash and it was really tasty. The evening was perfect, but Ember played a huge role in that and she should be recognized for it.
