Great location and friendly staff! I will start by stating that the restaurant is a decent size. Both a bar area and an outside patio along side a more quiet dinning area are available. I came for lunch and was offered both a lunch menu and a dinner option. I chose the dinner prime rib classic. Never disappointed with the keg. Chef Jason delivered a perfect cut. Everyone was super friendly and all my questions were answered and the keg ceasars are perfect blend of heat and spice for me. There were vegan and vegetarian options available for those looking for a different type of meal. All in all you can find the menu online. I would eat here again. Highly recommended. Overall I had pretty bad service tonight. I call first before coming and the host answered the phone was quite rude. I went after 9pm so not so many choices for a Sunday night. Our server (Jayden if I'm not wrong) was nice at first and told us the table bread will be arrive shortly, however nothing came until the end of our meal. Not to mention, our server didn't check on us after the first bite, and didn't clear the empty plate. She was cleaning the table next to us but just skipped us until the end.I ordered couple appetizers to share while my hubby has his main course dinner. We asked to have all arrive at the same time so we can all eat our meal, but only shrimp cocktail served. Until my hubby finished his steak & lobster, I still didn't get my food. I politely asked the server and she looks at me, said okay and left. Not to mention here there is no apologies or anything at all. I also have to remind her for our table bread at the end of our dinner.Lastly, today July 31 is Sunday and the feature drink on the menu - sangria 18oz is $20 but I was charged full price $26 instead. Very disappointed after all. I do regret to leave tips and feel so sorry for myself to choose The Keg...
We had dinner there last night and the service and the food were both exceptional.Requested the patio when I made the reservation in the afternoon, and was able to get it! Very happy with that.
We have been visiting Calgary from abroad and were not expecting much from our dinner experience… But that was quite the opposite. We were absolutely impressed with the level of service we received tonight! The manager (Sara I think) and our server Darcy, went above and beyond for our family. The food was off the charts and The Keg is now in my scale of Highly recommend! Thanks you for a memorable experience!
We loved this place, we sat outside on the patio and were served by Dusty who we couldn’t believe was a trainee! Her knowledge of the menu and what was best to eat and also explaining the menu well she was fantastic She made our experience just the best The food was incredible we had the Prime Rib which came with a salad starter, I had caeser my husband the garden. We were expecting it to be in a small bowl but my goodness it came as a huge plate The steak was perfectly cooked and came with this amazing horseradish sauce that blew your socks off just perfect! We loved it!

Amazing restaurant with a lot of options, it’s good if you go for dinner or for a couple drinks ( the bar it’s good ) they have a los of mixology, the quality of the food it’s really good, they have vegetarian options, Salvatore was our waiter and he was amazing really friendly and great service, we would be back for sure
Everything was amazing it was the best way to end our bachelor party trip. We had Tony (Anthony) as our server and he really completed the experience for us. Seriously he did an awesome job! All the other staff around seemed friendly as well and I personally think it’s nice to see the workers having beverages in the lounge after as well looks like a fun place to work but was for sure a fun place to visit!
Excellent food and service. Good quality meat. Rib eye was superb as well as sides. Great for business and large groups.
I ordered a medium sirloin steak for take-out and it was overcooked and tough. When paying this amount of money, I would expect my steak to be what I ordered. On the plus side, the bread was great.
