There on a Wednesday afternoon. Clean room. New felt on tables. No hockey sticks. Great food and service. Liked the music to.
Experience- my husband and I happend to come across this little place and popped in for a drink, we ended up sitting at a table across from the bar. We sat at the table for over 20 min watching the 2 waitresses look directly at us a few times but chose to ignore us, my husband had to order our drinks from the bar tender Jorey, after we had our drinks at the table Jorey came over with a menu and continued to check on us, if we come back to this place it will be only because of this gentleman and his kindness to understand when his co-workers are lacking customer service.Thank you Jorey, great service.
This is a good place for pool lovers!As well every Friday there is tournament with the best quality of players!!
First time at The Hidden Spot, it wasn’t too busy and we had Jorey as our Bartender, he got us set up right away on the pool tables, checked on us to see how the games were going and always kept our drinks full. Would definitely recommend this place!
I loved the place! Great vibes, chill, laid back, well maintained and impeccable attentive staff!Demitra and Amanda were absolutely awesome, made me feel like I have been a regular although it was my first visit.I think might end up being a regular.. for real :)
This place is great, exactly what you'd want in a Billiards hall and bar. The service is fantastic, we were received by Amanda, and our hostess was Dimitra...both very sweet and friendly and great hostesses. Before you start looking for help, you find Dimitra available. Truly exceptional especially for a sports bar experience. Also, the place is clean, music is perfect ( not too loud, not too low), lighting is good, and the overall environment is welcoming and warm. The only issue is that the pool tables are a little too close to one another which makes movement a little tight. Other than that, the place is lovely. We'll definitely return.
First of all exceptional service!!!, I've now hosted two large events at the Hidden Spot and both times we've had the absolute best time. everything went off without a hitch. the service was amazing and perfect for large gatherings. More then enough space for everyone to dine and have cocktails and the massive amounts of pool tables make it a perfect atmosphere. definitely one of the best hangout spots in the city.
I love this place. They are super clean, modern, have very friendly staff and it's a great place to grab a drink or some food. They have many many pool tables on multiple floors, tvs showing sports and host some really good pool tournaments on Fridays I believe. They are covid safe and check for vaccination and space players out in a safe distance to keep everyone isolated to an acceptable standard. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone who is looking for a great atmosphere for playing pool or just to grab a bite or a drink.
The staff here are always so so friendly, great service and pretty much guaranteed they will know your name the next time you come in. They like to create new dishes and they are usually pretty good and actually have not disliked anything they try. Great spot!!
