Meat is dry and they weigh it on a scale and remove pieces right in front of you. Gave it two stars because their restaurant is clean and tidy. Donair was bottom 3 in the city and I’ve literally tried about 80% of the donair shops in yyc.
I have been frequenting this place for more than a dozen years and they never fail to deliver a perfect donair or donair salad. The Desserts are SO GOOD if you have room (I eat mine first). Everything I have ever tried on the menu is spectacularly good. They are so friendly and kind and the place is always clean and tidy. I admit I visited extra often during the pandemic because I wanted to be sure they made it to the other side of all this, and even through all the craziness, they are consistent and so friendly. It’s a pleasure every time! I’m only disappointed when I forget they aren’t open on Sundays ☺️
THE BEST DONAIR JOINT IN THE WHOLE CITY hands down. The owners amazing guy. I would drive hours and hours to come eat at this place. Tried many in the city and many are good but this place is hands down best in the city.

We have been coming here for decades and love it.! The food is consistently delicious, service is always good and the owners/staff are wonderful.
My wife just brought me home a chicken donair from here I took one bite and through the whole thing out in the garbage , It doesn't even taste like a donair and not even edible. Stay far away from this place there are so many better donairs that are close by. You have been warned don't waste your money here it's gross

The best beef donairs in Calgary since 2008. As a child, I went there once a week simply because it was the best. Now every time I go back to Calgary, I have to eat there at least once - even if I am there for a day only.
I have been eating here for many years and, aside from the delicious beef donairs, customized to your preference, and the freshly made hummus, one of the best parts of this donair place are the owners and their staff. Always with a friendly greeting and conversation, they make you feel welcomed every time.We have tried many donair places and there are just none that compare - both in quality and customer service.
