I go here for lunch a couple days a week as I work on 130th. I always get the sunshine wrap with chicken and it is almost always delicious and well made.However, today I went in and they were busier than usual. One of the women working (probably around 18, Caucasian with long brown hair in a pony tail) seemed very flustered. She was openly complaining about a customer and everyone could hear her in the restaurant, it wasn’t professional. I also work in retail and you never want to complain about a customer in front of other customers!What I am more concerned about though is that a senior couple had received the wrong soup and after having it at their table for over 5 minutes they brought it back, they had ordered the Thai soup and received something else. The woman I mentioned earlier told her co-worker to “just dump it back in with the rest of the soup” I have a huge problem with that! How do we know that the customer didn't take a couple spoonfuls of the soup before sending it back? How do we know that the customer did not dip their finger in the soup to taste it before sending it back? How do we know that a hair, spit or other pollutants did not enter the soup in the 5+ minutes it was on their table as they were eating other food? Absolutely disgusting.This is extremely concerning as a health concern and I’m definitely reconsidering coming here. The entire time I was eating my wrap I kept thinking about how unsanitary that was.Especially in COVID times it would be nice if this restaurant followed health and safety standards as the public trusts them with their food!
I got a quesadilla to go and when I got home and open the packaging it was completely apart basically. It looked like it was just thrown into the box with no care at all. Not impressed considering the price. Very disappointed considering I have always enjoyed Chopped Leaf. Might have to start going to a different location if these kind of issues continue.
Ordered bangkok salad with tofu to go but when I got home, I haven't received any tofu at all. The ladies working at that time were not friendly as well. They never greeted me and my husband when we entered the store.
Insanely friendly staff and really good tasting food for fair prices! Ordered the Bangkok Salad (full size, about 12$ including taxes) and I enjoyed it very much. The portion size was really good!! (the salad itself was fresh and very flavorful, also filling)I will definitely come back to this place, can 100% recommend!
Lots of healthy and tasty options - a great choice over regular fast food.
I just got home with my girlfriend after ordering 2 #5 bowls with extra avocado and chicken, we got apples in one and no avocado in the other, we also got no chicken in either order. I love chopped leaf but unfortunately it will be the last time I am at this location, it is almost every time I have been here where the order is completely wrong. Very dissapointed.
I got a large south west bowl from Chopped leaf. It was over $10 with protein. There’s barely any lettuce and less than a pinch of veggies. You’re better off going anywhere else but this place.
They do nothing to make right of situation. Emailed told a gift card would be mailed. Been over a month. Now no replies to emails. They just post on here like they are concerned about unhappy customers to save face. They never did fix the situationSuper disappointing.
I usually eat at the chopped leaf at least twice a week. This time I ordered on skip the dishes a design your own with extra dressing, which I paid for, I'm not going to describe the ridiculous portion of dressing I received, not to mention the salad didn't come with the pita chip and at the end I got two hairs on my salad. Very disappointed sorry
I dont usually complain, but I came to this location this evening. 2 of the 3 girls working, the cashier and one of the girls making the food were extremely gossipy. Talking about their boyfriends and their plans for the next day.I got home opened my salad. I ordered a sunshine salad with tuna. My salad was missing a scoop of tuna, the avocado and the pita chips.For the price of the salad, I was not impressed.
