Made an order through skip the dishes for my family and I. After finding a fly I couldn’t finish my salad. Disgusting, will never order from this place again, especially when one wrap, one salad and two kids meals cost $62 (including courier tip and delivery fee). It’s not that hard to wash greens, for the money they’re asking it should never happen.
Paid for our meal, was told that we couldn't eat in the restaurant because he was closed in 15 mins, so we said we'd get it to go. Then as we waited for that 15 minutes, he served 3 skip the dishes drivers and made food for them prior to even starting ours.We finally got tired of waiting, after closing and requested a refund. He didn't even hesitate, he was ready to go to give us our money back, as he hadn't even started our meals.Customer service is dead here. If you don't want in person customers, you should close your doors and just carry on with serving skip the dishes only! Very disappointing

This place is a total goat show hire some staff and maybe close your doors too the public as you cater too skip then actual walk in customers sad what this worlds becoming you have to be lazy and pay ludacris delivery fees and inflated costs of what’s on there menu too get treated what we use too call “normal” so sad left there just blown away
Super yummie food, very friendly and helpful staff, clean, neat and nice place. I love that all food is meat free and you pay a little extra to add meat or fish!
It's hurting me to write this review but I think it's time to speak my truth about this location. Sometimes the service is great, other times it's not. I was thrown off the last few times I went because the food didn't taste fresh. The last time I ordered food there, there was a dead beetle in it and I honestly freaked out. I've never had bugs in my food before and I appreciate that maybe it's just from freshness, maybe they got it from the garden or maybe a bug just snuck in there but either way, I was devastated. I gave them a call and explained and they were very apologetic and even offered me a free meal for the next time but I just don't know if I can bring myself to go back.
I come here regularly and get good service and great food that doesn’t make the stomach upset afterwards thanks for the reliable food and good service

Found a nice present from Chopped Leaf in my wrap. The owner was more than gracious enough to let me know if I contact skip I can get my money back to help make things right. The owner was even nice enough to make their employee call me and tell me. Mistakes happen but was expecting an apology at least maybe? Maybe a free replacement? Nope....Last time I ordered from here also sent me the wrong order. Go to Royal Oak Chopped Leaf, never had an issue there.
