I work in the same plaza and go approx once every week,But today was terrible.Bad service- was not greeted, waited while the man cleaned up before having my order taken.And then got a poorly made wrap, with less chicken than usual, and way too much sauce.A very soggy and displeasing lunch was had.Because of this experience, i won’t return to this location.The floors were quite dirty: covered in food, and the prep space was quite dirty as well.
Message to the owners of this locationI eat at chopped all over the city multiple times a week and always order the Sunshine wrapThe Royal oak location only the last 2 trips in a row I don't know why I bother to be pay for anything other than a wrap with lettuce and dressing.This last time I swear there was 1 slice of avocado in the very bottom, 1/2 the normal amount of chicken, maybe tasted 3 diced cucumbers and ordered extra apples to replace the cheese and got normal amount. The wrap was mostly tortilla and in some cases so thick that I had to rip it away.I paid 12.76 plus gave a $3 tip and I won't be coming back to this location again until they figure this out their portion controls and I get what I paid for.
Big turn off is the cleanliness inside. I had a hard time enjoying my wrap thinking about the sticky tables and dirty counters. I always wonder how dirty the other side of the kitchen looks if the outside looks like this. We won’t go back.

I have been to Chopped leaf 3 times and each time I was disappointed. The first time, I order a soup and a wrap. My wrap got put in another customers bag and I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to make a new wrap. That wasn't a big deal but I was a little frustrated with the mistake. The next time, I ordered a Caesar wrap, Southwest Salad and a soup. When I got home, I found they gave me a Southwest Wrap and the soup with no Caesar wrap to be found. This made me more disappointed. The final time I went to Chopped leaf was when I ordered for my colleagues. I called to place the order and was greeted by a seemingly irritated worker. I order 5 wraps and 3 salads. Instead of saying thank you for supporting our restaurant the worker told me fairly rudely that orders 8 and over should be called in ahead of time so the kitchen is aware. She told me that I was lucky they were taking my order with so little notice. I was speechless. Needless to say, I never went back and probably never will.

Always fresh, consistently good. I could eat the sunshine wrap every day and still enjoy it. The staff are friendly and efficient. Great place to have lunch. Can't wait for my next wrap!
