The place is so freaking cold. My coffee got cold, my food was soooo cold, my kids where complaining because they were cold and we had pants and long sleeves on.Now, food, I wanted to eat eggs Benedict, well, theirs comes with waffles INSTEAD of English muffins, so it’s not eggs Benedict, it’s something else inspired by eggs Benedict, so be prepared. My husband is not picky at all, and he didn’t like it.The place is nice, and I am sure they have lots of nice options in their menu that I would try, I won’t say I don’t recommend, but imagine to be in a place where you a what to relax and eat nice, comfortable food, and all you want is to leave asap because you are freaking cold and you didn’t enjoy the food and the coffee because it was cold. I’ve got a nice and warm Starbucks when I left the place. Please fix your air conditioner.

Any time you go to any of these breakfast joints especially on weekends it's sheer carnage. You definitely need a reservation as it can be waits of up to an hour or more on the weekends. The food overall was good and timely especially with the number of folks they had in there. I had their traditional eggs Benny and a berry and banana smoothie. I'd recommend this place but also recommend making a reservation especially on the weekends.

Now my all-time FAVOURITE breakfast place. And I’ve been to a lot of breakfast restaurants.Firstly their coffee is delicious, a special blend of Fratello. I was on my 7th cup before I realized I should probably stop ahah.Secondly, the food is delicious. This feels like more than just a simple breakfast. A lot of thought is put into what goes well together.Thirdly, their use of duck fat really elevates the flavour BUT! If you’re vegan or would rather not have duck fat, they can use simple oil to cook as well! Don’t let that stop you from coming here. The server was super friendly and positive, I believe her name was Jessica (?).We got the Cali Poutine and Florentine Benny (which comes with a side of waffles and potatoes!!). Definitely coming back for more.

Won’t be retuning anytime soon. The location is simply too small for the volume of customers. Called ahead to get on the list, was told the wait is 30 minutes. 10 minutes later they called again to add another 30 minutes, ok fine. We showed up closer to our time, we were asked the name but the hostess didn’t address how much longer the wait is. As we all wait inside 3 different families came in after us and all got seated before us. That’s looks bad!!! We waited another 15 minutes and left. An hour and a half later they finally called us… by then I was already at Cora’s enjoying my hot coffee with my family. Learn your customers needs and address them.

We visited at noon on a Monday in March 22. The noise level was extremely loud at over 90 db. We tried moving to a different table/booth and the sound level went down to 90db. Decaf coffee was not available. The wait staff were great and continually refilling small coffee cups with regular coffee. My wife had the lemon cream cheese French Toast and enjoyed it. I had the Spicy Chorizo Bowl and found it to be lukewarm at best - flavour was good. Overall, we won’t be back because of the extreme sound level. It isn’t a place to go for a conversation across a tabletop.

Great place to eat.You should call ahead and reserve a seat as there was a constant stream of people lined out the door waiting to get in.That alone should speak to how good the food is here.Clean room, friendly staff and great food.

One of my favourite restaurant!! The food is amazing and love the atmosphere of the place! We visited this place with my two little boys on a busy Sunday morning, we looked at the kitchen and knew it might take a while for our order. Then the server showed up with a plate of waffle and said it’s on the house, kids were so happy!!! We also ordered 2 OJ for myself and my husband, 2 apple juice for my two little boys. And guess what? My server showed up with apple juice in plastic cups + lids on and straws!! How thoughtful! Amazing amazing amazing team!! And big thank you to my wonderful server Philine! She was very well spoken and welcoming! Highly recommend!! :)

I’ve been to the Mahogany and Signal Hill locations and is probably the place I get brunch from the most outside of downtown! The customer service and interior is so nice, and I love the little messages they leave with my order when I’ve gotten takeout/delivery– it always makes me smile! My favourite menu items include the Oscar Benny and Duck Fat Hash! I always recommend this place.

Very good service, but not worth a two hour wait. Food wasn't bad, but nothing special and not worth the price. The duck fat hash browns were similar to any other breakfast hash brown. Oscar Benny had very few mushrooms, and not a hint garlic. Waffles were good, and the kids mac was devoured by our very hungry children.

Excellent food and service. We were also really impressed with the manager, pitching in and treating his employees really well.
