There’s a sweet lil human that works the front sometimes with short hair and painted nails, and the first time I met them I was in full clown face drag makeup, and they are so sweet and fun to talk to! I came in today and they were playing Mitski and were just so friendly and sweet. Love seeing them ? thanks for making my day you absolute gem.The poutines are always amazing too by the way ?
I received an order that was not fresh and clearly thrown in a microwave. Upon calling the restaurant and speaking with a manager they confirmed they microwave to melt the cheese. I'm very displeased and do not believe they make their fries fresh as some we crunchy and old and some were over stale. I would suggest to future customers to think twice about this location. The manager claimed to make my poutine order personally. I sure hope he raises his expectations of "fresh" food.
Nice decor, friendly staff and very good poutine. Had a large traditional that fed 1 adult and 2 kids. Lots of variety on the menu.
They have gourmet hot dogs too which was a nice to find. Fun food.
Great portion sizes and lots of toppings. The potatos are also really good.
My favourite place to get poutine!! I'm happy that they follow the mask mandates because I've seen too many people going around harassing staff and it's refreshing to see small businesses stand up for themselves and keep us all safe. This place is my go to for comfort food and smiles from the friendly staff!
Love that they’re open late on the weekends.They never skimp on ingredients and always serve FRESH AND HOT. try them all. All the poutines are popular and it’s hard to have a favourite. I just had the Buffalo chicken. Great management and staff!
Terrible customer service. Was told to get the hell out. It’s ok for two people to stand on opposing sides of the mask bylaw, but can we not continue to treat each other with respect while doing so? Your response below was very polite, I’d only ask to be treated with the same respect in person. Again, terrible in person service, was told to get the hell out.
Anti-maskers are mad at this business for following government guidelines haha?. Make it make sense . This place is phenomenal food is very filling. You just have to make sure which poutine is best suited for you
Poutine is my FAV food. If you are a huge poutine fan, this place is FOR YOU. DELICIOUS. MASSIVE SIZES. Friendly staff, really good atmosphere as well
