I wanted something light and tasty for dinner, and was craving soup, so I stopped by Thai Tai (since I was in the neighbourhood). Despite being very busy with customers, my order was taken right away, and took only about five mins to come up. I went with the Wonton Soup, which was under $10. This turned out to be a good bet, as it came with a heaping portion of tasty wontons in a delicious, flavourful, steaming hot broth. I took my meal outside to their modest little patio on 17 ave and had my food there. I would definitely go back and I highly recommend you give this place a try.
Would have given 5 stars if my traditional bowl actually came with the spring rolls it's supposed to come with. Second time this has happened.
We love Thai food and decided to try this place on our visit in Calgary. We found the food pretty good and came in large portions. We got vermicelli bowls which I thought were pretty decent but not overly exciting. There may be other things on their menu that are more tasteful though!
Had a curry chicken sub here around 4 days ago, which at the time I thought was delicious. Roughly an hour later however, I was hit with severe food poisoning. Without going into too much gross gross details, I'm only now recovering.I think maybe you guys need to work on your food preparation a bit. I assure you, it was not a pleasant experience.
Their food is not bad, I enjoy the variety of stuff that they have. I don’t particularly like the texture of their meat, but I always come back here when I want something light and refreshing. My favourites would be the wonton soup for the veggies because I don’t like their wontons and their shrimp rice rolls are nice.
I've eaten here many times, and the subs are always scrumptious! Great eats here! The food is made perfectly... every single time! If you haven't eaten here yet, make a plan to go, you will be glad you did! ??❤️
The food is good. The bowls and subs are really good but do not go here if you are in a rush or pressed for time. When busy, your average wait time for a sub/take out order will be 20 minutes +.
Have been coming here for their noodle soups, Vietnamese subs and bubble tea for over 10 years. Consistent and always fresh. Definitely a local favourite and staple. Thank you!
Great place to grab a Banh Mi - just keep in mind you might be waiting for sometime as it can get really busy!Good balance of meat and vegetables- the pictures I included are for the Beef Banh Mi. Will be back to try more options!
One of the best places for Vietnamese take-out! The Subs and the bowls are my favourite! Also the best fresh avocado bubble tea you could get! I give 4 stars only because every time I go for bubble tea the pearls are always super hard and clumped together :(
