I ordered a chicken pad Thai today but it was the worst pad Thai Ever. It was sweet as they added sugar in it and same at the sunridge store. I will never order from Thai express again.
Ordered basil fried rice today. I felt I am drinking oil while eating food. Too much oil in the food.

I ordered Pad thai with veggies. It was not good at all. Full of nions and too much thai sauce made it sweet and soggy.
never had a problem in this location! been going here since when I was in highschool and will always be my favourite. I’ve tried other locations and nothing beats them. The serving they put is huge and filled over the top. the flavour is always on point. I even influenced my boyfriend to love this location. and he agrees with it. <3 I feel like whenever me and my boyfriend do a pick up order they know us already since we usually go here weekly a few months ago
I wouldn’t even give this location 1 star. Rude Employees who yell at customers. We asked for spicy they make it sweet with no chilli had to go back which is 15 minute drive from our home. Asked them nicely that they made a mistake, their employee or owner who ever it was yelled at my partner. They remade with just chillies in it. We ordered green curry and its red. Worst store, horrible service, food tastes bad with no flavour. The owner or franchisee should be ashamed of their service they provide.
Not a great experience today. Pad Thai was missing lime wedge and green onion (well, if you look really hard you will see one slice of green onion). The bean sprouts were already mixed in, instead of being nestled on top. Tried the Thai iced tea, and it was also awful. Not sure if it was the coconut milk or what, but there was an off taste. There was nothing appealing about this meal. I will not return.
The worst service!!! I ordered general Thai with extra chicken and she puts the chicken on the side with no sauce. I called back and she says it costs extra for the sauce. When I argued she hang up the phone. Also the food was old and tasted really bad.
I ordered Chilli Chilli Bangkok on Wednesday special. It wasn’t the same as shown on their flayer. The changed it for me as I refused to eat it. Thank you. The food is the best I ate.
