Well I am back again just 5 days after I had a great supper here- ? Drove 1 hour 30 mins just for lunch today ? The food was delicious- we had the trio for the appetizer, butter chicken, lamb korma, mutton briani, aloo paratha and bread basket for main❤️❤️

Visited here for the first time with some friends from out of town. The restaurant is very nicely decorated and had a lovely ambience. Our server was very friendly and welcoming. The food was great with generous portion sizes, and the naan bread is actually the nicest naan bread I've ever had! Will definitely return.
So delicious. Nice decoration. Halal lamb and beef. Generous portions of meat. The taste was amazing. Kind and caring staff. Plan to have a meal with my friends and family. Nice and cozy place.Order: khorma beef, plain rice and Lamb beriani.
My family and I decided to come here on Tuesday after my brother recommended it. First and foremost most it was super clean, friendly and inviting. Our party of 6 were immediately greeted by friendly staff and taken to our seats. The staff were extremely friendly to my children and made the whole experience wonderful. The food was very very well done and an absolute pleasure. I can’t remember the exact name of the staff members that helped us tonight but everyone that was involved in our night out was amazing. From the great staff and exceptional service to the terrific food, we will definitely be coming back and recommending this little gem to many more.Thank you for the great evening Tamarind ❤️
This place was fantastic. The service was top notch, the food is delicious, the options for what to order seem endless, and the ambiance is relaxingly enjoyable. I celebrated my birthday by having dinner here and I’m super glad I did. The Food was amazing .Our server was incredible, she knew everything on the menu, was kind and engaging, and provided a wonderful experience. I can’t think of a bad thing to say about this place. Prepare to spend more than you would at a normal restaurant, I would consider it fine-dining and it is priced as such. For special occasions though, this is a lovely place to try and I’m excited to return to continue to enjoy the delicious cuisine!
This use to be one of my favorite restaurant. I don't like to leave negative review to any business but I feel insulated. My family of 6 people waited half an hour, just so a waiter can give our table to other family who came 20 mins after us. It's fine, people make mistakes, but open realization I didn't see they made any effort to talk to other people. I won't be coming back ever here, tell same to family.
One of the best Dal Tadka I’ve had in Canada. The food was really good. Would definitely visit this restaurant during my next trip to Calgary.
I want to give 5 star to tamarind east Indian restaurant for there taste and service.. We ordered take out and everything was so delicious, on time and spice level was perfect according to our taste.. They serve Calgary's one of best Malia kofta... Worth trying.. won't be disappointed..
My girlfriend and I had supper here last night and the food as always was amazing!! So much flavour; it’s the best butter chicken in the city. The staff there is kind and friendly. I highly recommend eating here if you’ve never tried it.
