Jason was our server, turns out he's the manager! The place has a great vibe and it wasn't too busy. Food was yummy and mini golf was challenging and fun at the same time. Recommended!!
Came here for a workplace christmas party. The venue is pretty cool looking. The music was quite loud, I felt like I was yelling the entire time but I am quite soft spoken. The baos were really good... I got a pork belly one and boy was it moist. Played nine holes of mini golf and had a swell time!
We hosted our holiday party here this year as a private event and I can't speak highly enough about the experience. A fun laid back feel with plenty of space and the lucky putt for a little friendly competition. I also appreciated the great tunes with dedicated playlists in the bathrooms for Lauren Hill and Biggie. The food and drinks were yummy and the staff were very accommodating. Thank you Taiko!
Food is fantastic. I am not sure if they were short staffed or what but service was terrible. We were there for 3 hours and were able to get in 1 drink order and our food order. We asked for second drinks that were never delivered to the table. Had a friend not paid my tab I would have asked if the additional drinks were on the bill and have them removed. You need more staff for the amount of large groups you have coming in.Also, I could not find the price of mini golf, no one asked if we wanted to play so we went and go everything ourselves and played a round. Then found out it’s $9 to use your putter and ball. Just wish that was communicated.Lots of room for improvement.
The food was great! We had some buns that came out cold and just mentioned it to the server but did not ask for new ones or anything and they came asap with brand new fresh ones! The other foods at taiko are good too. Recommend the stuff from zilfords fried chicken!
The concept is good. The food was different and the tacos were nice. The chicken wings came but weren’t cooked properly in the middle. Overall a good place but a little pricey for what it is. The Golf should be free if you have food and drinks!
Keep it coming! Lava Hot right in my mouth! Try the burgers! They are outstanding. Put some pork belly on that burger too! Fried chicken? Will change you life!
The 9-hole mini putt is pretty cool. The whole atmosphere is very relaxed. The food is about average but the service was good.Be sure to bring BOTH proofs of your vaccination records because they wouldn't accept just proof of the second one.
So good! The bao is soft and warm, the meat was perfectly seasoned. Lots of unusual ingredients to keep your taste buds interested! So flicking delish!
Had tacos at food truck at folk festival and was very disappointed. The quality was not worth the price. The deep fried chicken was 90% batter and 10% meat, I would definitely expect more for $12. We tried all 3 flavors of tacos and they were all fairly bland and had too much sweet chili sauce, basically mostly tasted like bao bread and chili sauce, I couldn't finish eating them. Not sure if this is just because of the folk fest, maybe they were short on ingredients, as the other reviews seem mostly positive. At this point though I would not consider going back again.
