Third times take out folks packed missing orders so I had to post review at this country hills location... fries / extra sauce / drinks. I was charged for the extras each times. First few times I said it was me for not checking before leaving but 3 times in a row! If sealed then it assumed everything is good. Arrived home and discovered missing orders. What a joke to run a business like this!
I ordered through Uber Eats, and the driver picked up the food from this location. As I'm waiting for it to arrive, I received a notification that the order was cancelled. I called the restaurant to see what happened and they explained that the driver was totally rude and took the food, but then handed it back saying he wasn't going to deliver to my address. The driver didn't feel like completing the order, and cancelled after the restaurant prepared the food. So inconsiderate! I'm giving this location 5 stars because the lady I spoke to on the phone was very kind. I reordered and she even offered to remake the food fresh for me. This was a nice gesture and I really appreciate it. Thank you for the great service.

I went there couple days ago.. there’s a chef’s special deal after 8pm. I wasn’t aware of that but the lady on drive thru suggested me some good deals which made me easier to buy stuff. No doubt why this place is famous. Awesome customer service
Pleasant location and efficient service. Tasty chicken, a bit dry. Reasonably priced. Franchise is dying in Calgary only 3 locations left in a City of over a million people. Maybe CARA needs to back off and let these franchises focus on getting a few more customers in.
After 2 years of covid restrictions, finally decided to dine out and went into this nice and cozy swiss chalet at the country hills location. Never been there before, but for my surprise, everything was beyond my expectation. Food taste and look very good, service very excellent, even the manager comes to talk to us. Love to go back again with my family next time.
Excellent food and service, place is very clean and well organized. Staff very helpful and ready to help. I went to the take out, the take out lady was very helpful, she even help me to carry the food to my car.
My experience with this Swiss chalet is great. I got my meal within 5 minutes… FRESH AND TASTY . I forgot to mention about cutlery , ketchup but they reminded me by asking if I need some. Plus the customer service is excellent. The evening supervisor was very sweet and helpful with the menu.
Taking dinner from this place is the best thing you can do in the evening. We usually take family pack and evening staff specially SANAM is super nice to provide you with your treats. She has sound knowledge of the menu. Highly recommended
My partner and I came here for our 2nd anniversary and the staff were awesome. They made a huge fuss over the table opposite us for a guy proposing to his girl. It was a magical moment to witness first hand how kind the staff are.Swiss Chalet you guys rock!
