Iam extremely disappointed... My husband, daughter and I ordered from this location Saturday April 2nd at 4:45pm via skip the dishes. My husband got a large poutine, I got rotisserie chicken sandwich and my daughter got a crispy chicken sandwich. My husband's poutine came with 5 pieces of curd and NO GRAVY or Chalet sauce!!! My chicken sandwich was riddled with grizzle!!! We don't eat out often as cost is an issue, but that night, we all decided to get Swiss Chalet, BIG FAT MISTAKE!!!,Swiss Chalet used to be our favorite place to eat, but after that, it will be the last place we order from... Thank you for robbing us! You should be ashamed.. ...
I had THE best experience mainly. Caused by Katelyn. The hostess/server here and another server Emon. Both were super accommodating and over the top friendly. I will go here again and again as long as these ladies work here. The food was top notch as well.
Alisha and Neves are the best..Always give the best service and are both very professional .Swiss chalet you are really lucky you have these 2girls. Both girls should be given raises for the amount of work they do compared to the lazy girls .The minute I can I’m taking these girls to work in my restaurant sorry for your luck Swiss chicken
We had a good experience with all the chicken and the portions were very large and filling. It was extremely empty and no one around which was okay with us. I personally found the chicken too dry but in the same time I just didn't want to use ? use the sauce. Enjoy your time with them.
Swiss chalet is a great family restaurant to eat at, this location especially is amazing, fresh food, amazing staff, and quick service, the classic look of the place keeps me coming , outside looks as if a freeze frame of the past , and the interior is massive, lots of seatings, would definitely recommend , check it out and enjoy a blast from the past,
Inconsistent and inedible food. Dried out chicken, charred and dried out rib ends served as a rack, orange pop for the kids Shirley temples, dried out cheesecake ( yes you read this correct, probably old). Lastly the bathrooms were disgusting. Hard to enjoy a meal when everyone want to leave to find a clean bathroom. Lets be honest if they wanted business they would treat customers better, with clean bathrooms and better prepared food.
I had low expectations coming in but it went really down hill when I had to wait 10 minutes just to seat myself. The server made an excuse that she just arrived to work but I saw her in the back. Her name is maril. The manager also ignored me when I walked in.My fries were uncooked and im questioning how long my chicken was sitting out for considering my entire meal came out in two minutes after ordering. Not to mention as I'm eating it, its pink.Only came here cuz I had a giftcard. Used to come here and it was pretty good but sweet jesus the unprofessionalism and quality of food and service is awful.Oh and they didnt bother checking my vax documents.
Hadn't been to a Swiss Chalet for a while.Dinner was hot and tasty. All Covid precautions in place. Enjoyed the experience.
Sign in the door says, someone will be with you shortly due to Covid steps restaurant has taken. Waited few minutes and no one came in asking for proof of vaccination. Finally we proceeded placing our order but we had to wait 8 minutes because every body was busy serving this one customer before us whose order was messed up. If the employee would have acknowledged us and asked us to wait I would have been more than happy to stay a bit longer. No greeting, no smile please train your staff.
Ordered at 5:23 called at 6:30.. told the order has been out for delivery. Called again at 7pm to cancel order. Put on hold. 7:05pm disgusting soggy and cold food dropped at our doorstep. In the meantime I'm still on hold. I gave up and hung up. I will never get Swiss Chalet again. There was a time they had decent food.
