Today I have ordered (samosas and Biryani)food from Surahi.Biryani is good and tasty but in samosas no taste, I ate one samosa ,after eating i was not feel good also a pain start in my stomach.Lastly, i will never recommend this restaurant and i don't want to give them any single star.Also,I called on their restaurant,lady picked up call and said me that these are our samosas.if your samosas are not healthy then you need to improve this.Thanks
They took 2 hours after taking our order. We decided to leave... also we ordered from uber eats from them once, their portions are minimal. I think they aren't doing good business wise, their service was awful.
We were looking for Authentic Indian Food on my wife’s Birthday, thought of trying here… We were so happy that we made the right decision , the food , the service everything was excellent… Keep it up guys…?
Amazing, well-seasoned food. Probably some of the most authentic Indian cuisine you can get in Calgary. Service is friendly, atmosphere of restaurant is great. Don't know what the heck the reviewer below me is saying about the wait time being long or the food being underwhelming. I had a great experience and would come again. Some of the tastiest Indian food I had in a long time. This restaurant deserves its high rating :)
Be prepared to wait for a long time for the food. Nearly waited more than 1 hour. Food was underwhelming. Service was good though. Seemed like the kitchen was not ready for the night. Even though there were only few people in the restaurants, the wait time was unacceptable. The portion sizes were very small for the pricing. Will not return.

Me and my partner tried this tonight for the first time and we thought it was amazing! We love this kind of food and we’re really happy with the portions! Also the people who work here really seem like amazing people! You guys rock!
Just had the most amazing dining experience here. Had the samosas, garlic naan, saffron rice and two mains. Flavourful, well seasoned, good size portions and well presented. The chai was the best I have ever had!Would recommend and am definitely returning!
