Quick and friendly service. The staff had to deal with a difficult customer while I was there, and they did so very well. The customer was being very rude to them and acting very entitled. The workers kept there cool and dealt with all of their requests.
I want to give 5 star to the Starbucks located on country village road for there awesome customer service.. very friendly staff...
To the girl working the drive thru today, honestly you made my day. i was having a rough day and ordered to the wrong Starbucks. She was super super nice, patient and understanding. Thank you so much for turning my day around. :)
I was given a wrong order last week and complained about a very rude staff at the window. I was told to be replaced with my wrong order and juat come back anytime. When I came back ordered the same drink the manager on duty refused to giv me my order. If I can give a zero star I would. RUDE STAFF here and SLOW SERVICE
Good Starbucks location. Always get my order right and the food is not too bad either. I just with they were faster with my order I don’t want to wait 5 minutes for it if I’m in a rush!!
I took my mom here today to see if they had my favourite sandwich (tomato & mozza) and my mom wanted a coffee that was tasty and more cream based as she has bad heart burn. We asked the lady in the drive through (I think her name was Gabrielle) what she recommends and she was so kind and helpful. When I asked about the sandwich, she said she thought there was one left but she will go look so I wouldn’t be let down. She was one of the nicest people who have ever helped me out at a Starbucks. Thanks for making our night ♥️♥️
I ordered a frappe drink in a venti size thru online delivery in this location, when I drank almost a half of the drink, I found a plastic in my mouth that I almost drank it. I was so disgusted and was about to throw up because of that issue, the plastic looks dirty and I don’t know if I drank the other little plastic so I stopped drinking it and throw it because I felt nauseous. I hope I don’t get sick because of that plastic.

Been coming here for a few years… I don’t think they’ve ever gotten my order right, even when I’ve put it through the app and other locations will get it right. Ordered a Venti Strawberry Lemonade w/ light ice and 4 extra strawberries. They gave me a Trenta with reg ice and pretty much no strawberries. Thanks for the size upgrade but I’d much rather have my order. I’ve ordered this one item (it’s the only thing I really drink from here) at this location and it has never been made correctly. As I was driving to pick it up I remembered the last time I ordered there, how wrong my order was and how rude they were when I asked them to correct it, and immediately regretted ordering at this location specifically.
Always get my drinks from here and the staff are super sweet and great conversationalists! Love it here
