Stopped for a nice refresher on a hot day; ordered two drinks, an iced black tea lemonade and a strawberry açai refresher with lemonade . The iced tea was mostly water and had very little flavour and no lemonade. The strawberry açai refresher was even worse; there was no lemonade and the added extra strawberry base, which made the drink very strange, almost sour. There must have been something wrong with the strawberry inclusions as well, as I was violently ill about half an hour after consuming only half of the grande size.This location has never been able to make a drink correctly. Last time i went, i asked for lactaid milk in my iced chai, as it is the only milk i can drink. As i went to take my first sip, i caught the sticker on my cup and noticed that they did not make it with lactaid milk, which made me violently ill as well.Do better creekside starbucks.
Staffs here need proper training. Either that or they just don't really care about what they're serving. Always serve different measurement of drink, it always taste different. I'm not gonna buy here anymore. I'm done giving this store a chance.
I hate to give a bad review...Dear Starbucks, we had great times but after all these years together you've left a bad taste in my mouth. Last Saturday, before a road trip with my bestie, we went through the Starbucks drive through (in Evanston) for our go-to-fav coffee drinks. However when we were on the highway we realized one of the lattes was burnt milk and had no coffee. ? And the other latte was mostly caramel syrup. Not sure how to break-up with you considering you've been so great for so long until now. Let me know if there anything you can do to repair our relationship?Sad to see you go,☕ ?
cashiers are super sweet, although this location is always a little busy around peak times. nothing unbearable though!
Stopped by and had an interaction with The employee named Devi and let me just say she is a gift sent from god & the most kind person I ever met in my life. Anyone who gets the chance to cross paths with her should consider themselves blessed. Keep spreading love and kindness <3
The store manager, Kreg, is very rude at this location. He gets defensive upon sharing a negative feedback regarding his staff. He definitely doesn't know how to display appropriate manager behaviour. No doubt, staff is rude and slow!
Yes the staff seemed friendly and all, but they are overly busy without enough staff it seemed. I usually get a coffee but I was craving matcha, and I ordered a matcha frap with lactose free milk and no whip. I guess I should of checked before I took my first sip. Idk who made it, but definitely was made with whole milk, and there was Java chips in it for some reason. Glad I caught it, although just it’s a sensitivity and not an allergy I still would have been sick. Sticker wasn’t modified so I’m thinking the girl who took the order didn’t punch it in correctly. Im making this review to inform staff here to be more careful because I know they offer alternatives to milk for a reason.
This Starbucks is always sooo busy. I go everyday and there’s either a line up in the drive thru or inside. I think the management team needs to consider strategic ways to help things move faster similar to McDonald’s or other fast food restaurants.
I dont frequent this location but I popped in the drive thru last night for a pick me up after work. I was serviced by this fantastic brown haired young girl who not only got my drink right and made excellent conversation, she even offered me a cup of ice water additionally which was above and beyond. I will go out of my way to frequent this location going forward!
terrible service: 1) mobile order ahead and still have to wait in line at drive thru pick up 2) and gave me wrong drink (Matcha instead of green tea that I ordered). How could someone make a mistake for such simple order?
