Sharp wood Foreign Object in food.. I have no word to say. Immidate report and complain to Health and food safety. I think it is waste of time to report directly to managers

Honestly when I typically go to Starbucks most of the employees are grouchy and just want to get the customers gone and out of there way but, when I went to this location we were greeted by Luke! Luke was amazing and actually seemed like he enjoyed his work. He greeted us friendly and took our order asking us how our day was and starting conversations.. when we got to the window we were greeted with his smiling eyes! I think Luke deserves a shout out so thank you Luke for making our experience honestly the best one! I recommend this location

Yeah my morning is wonderful. It might be a great idea to make sure your baristas have the lid fully on the cup cause the male with the red hat, handed me one that wasn't closed so I got a nice hot cup of coffee on me. Not only that but no one even offered to help me afterwards. Not even replace the drink that exploded in my lap. This is honestly unacceptable.Edit: Got a call from the district manager about 3 weeks ago with promises that they would fix the situation, it's December 7th now and nothing. This company is completely unprofessional through and through.

One of the best SB coffee shop in Calgary.Staff is very friendly, the place is super neat and clean. The variety of snacks is surprisingly wide. Definitely coming back here again!

I just got a Hot Chocolate from drive thru. Really liked the customer experience I had for my quick 5 minute visit and currently having the best hot Chocolate I have ever tasted.Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I just got in about like 10 mins ago before they closed. Then a guy mopping the floor said Oh we are close but I said I am already inside and I will just order for to go. Then I order my drinks and proceed with my order. I asked her what time they closed and the lady said in sarcastic voice said that we are literally closed like 20 minutes ago…What???? Is that how you treat your customer? If you don’t want to serve the guest might as well close your front door. I check the website and it said 8pm and they can’t even tell me what time and keep telling me that they already close before I got in. Put a sign or closed your door. As simple as that!!???

If I could I would give zero stars, the lady looked me in my eyes and said I can't give you a sticker stopper very rudely after I made a joke asking for a stopper before I spill the drink on myself. I spent 32$ and she told me, only the mobile orders get sticker stopper? If I'm a client online you will give me a stopper but not for a pick up orders.Bad customer service after paying that amount for drinks. A Stopper doesn't cost that much. Whoever was working the drive-in on sept 16th at 11:10am wasn't very customer friendly.Ps, the other staff is nice enough to offer a sticker stopper but she wouldn't budge. LOL
