Staff are usually so friendly! Their are two people there who always make my visit exceptional though and even remember my drinks. Shout out to Jackson! And I am so sorry I can’t remember the girls name, she has short blonde hair!Store is clean and nice! Just love stopping here in my mornings. They do customer connections beautifully!!
Extremely disappointing experience today. Placed an order via Uber Eats for three items, fairly simple order. Order arrives, coffee is missing. Call the store before contacting Uber, and finally after explaining the issue multiple times, the woman on the phone basically laughs about it and gives an excuse about new staff missing it. Then come to realize my food hadn’t been warmed up as requested. I get these places are busy and mistakes happen, but it’s all in how they respond to the mistakes and this was an utter fail.
Enjoy coming to this location, the staff are friendly and efficient. Can't ask for anything more than a great cup of coffee in a place that has a positive atmosphere.?
The worst service going! The manager is not helpful one bit. I order delivery multiple times a week. The last time I ordered my entire drink was messed up. My drink is $8.95, I called to complain because I’m not just going to throw away $10. The manager said if I re order my drink she will put a free drink in my bag. Honestly I deserve more than just a free drink. She gave me a gift card with $4 on it. My drink is $9 and she gave me not even half of my money back. I’m very disappointed in this Starbucks and the manger and how the run this business. I wish there was another Starbucks location on Ubereats. I will be complaining to head office about this locating. Very disappointed!!!!!
I had a perfectly brewed Chai Tea Latte and then was able to finish some laptop work in their establishment with nothing but kindness from the staff.
Prices are up again... $6.56 for a venti late is a bit much. It is becoming unaffordable, specially that they frequently get drive-thru orders wrong and one finds out when she has already left ?
I normally love going to Starbucks. The people are so friendly and accomodating. Food tastes great and the cafe is clean. The last few times though have been less than pleasant. I realize there are COVID protocals in place. I would go in for a plain coffee, my order was taken and then I would wait and wait. Surely, the barista taking my money can turn around and grab me a coffee. The last time I wait longer the people who came long after me. When asked what my order was, just a coffee, they told me they had to brew more and would I like an Americano. Frustrated, the barista could have told me that when I paid, but then she only takes my money not getting coffee. Starbucks has not been a happy place to go like it used to be.
I have been coming to this location for 2+ years now and all the employees are wonderful! Everytime I come in I am greeted by Raiven who is always so upbeat and personable, and always remembers my drink or offers me something new to try! Love it here!
Super friendly staff. Not sure what they are doing, but we prefer to get our frappucinos here. It has that OG starbucks taste.
