I ordered my usual drink which is iced caramel macchiato. When I got it, I knew something was off just by looking at it. The taste was off, it was too creamy. I asked them to redo it but they refused. They said the shots they put were right.. I order that drink at least 2x a week so I know when something’s not right about it. I ended leaving the store unsatisfied. Bad customer service.
The only (and I mean only) reason you guys get 2 stars and not 1 is because of the respect from the employees. Otherwise, it would be at a 1. I spent six dollars, and my order was never called, waited for 30 minutes. Unbelievable.
The absolute delight of Barista’s! Everyone who works here is always friendly, attentive and helpful. It’s often super busy and I never feel under appreciated here. My favourite Starbucks by far, and as a “gold card” member since 2011 I’d like to think I know what I’m talking about!

Such a good team here! Everyone is so nice and they always confirm certain things with my order to ensure they get it right. The drinks are also always delicious and consistent. Easily, my favourite location in the area
There was an employee working on handoff as I was waiting for my drink. Her attitude was incredibly rude the whole time, while she continued to swear out loud at the other staff because her station was under-stocked. I ended up waiting way longer than I had expected resulting in me missing my bus. Normally i enjoy coming to this location, but not of shes working. Some people really shouldnt be in customer service.
Place is always clean and staff are great.Update- March24,2022- Great, New, upgraded Machines, decor, and They now have Nitro Cold Brew!
This location has gone downhill the past year. Wrong orders, slow service, seems very unorganized. Just paid $6 for a white chocolate mocha, get home and have a sip, tastes like espresso and milk and that's it, dumped them the drain. Frustrated to the point of actually writing a negative review.
Focus is only on drive thru.Waited 20 minutes for a coffee.Watching people come and go.This is the slowest coffee place ever. 1 person making drinks for walk in, and 5 for drive thru. Wow
I only use the drive thru at this location. Its a long drive through, that you sit in because the order screen is right by the pick up window. So if you don't pre order or behind somebody who didn't pre order then you can expect to have a long wait. The staff are friendly and the order has always been right!
