Always professional and friendly! Delivery is always during the stated time window. If there's a problem with the order, they are quick to correct the issue. Some products are too expensive (for me), but they have added more items for those of us with modest budgets. Most of the product fits the 'organic ' category and pleased that this company tries to purchase local items when available. I'm very thankful for this service it's helpful for those with health issues, mobility challenged, without a vehicle or simply too busy to buy healthy. Though I was just looking for a temporary service during the pandemic, I'm quite pleased with their professionalism and commitment, so I'll continue to use this service...Try it, you'll like it!
Living just outside the city, we don’t have too many options for organic produce (that I have found so far). Having young children at home, I love the convenience of being able to have milk, eggs and groceries in general, delivered to my door on a regular schedule. I am a paid member but find the fees so worth the service which eliminates the need to drive into the city with kids to get our favourite milk and eggs. I also love their focus on sustainability and their use of reusable Rubbermaid containers and thermal packaging (to keep dairy and produce cold during transit). I appreciate having this delivery service available and would recommend to anyone!
I have been a SPUD customer for many years, perhaps since the company came to Calgary and I am a big fan. I am almost always completely satisfied with the items that are delivered. I like being able to order organic fruits and vegetables, and meat from animals treated in a humane manner. Further, SPUD helps me to buy more locally by clearly identifying the locations of the producers. I love Spud! I have used it off and on since the beginning. The products that we receive are always of the highest quality and always delicious. Shopping through the website helps me to budget my finances better and they always have such great sales that they make it really easy to eat healthy and organically. On the very rare occasion that an item isn't up to standard contacting customer service is always effortless and easy and my concern is always addressed immediately. I am so happy that over the years the offerings of this service hasn't deteriorated. Keep up the good work ya'll!

Spud is great for finding good quality organic and vegan options. The delivery folks are just pleasant. The workers and the responses for any of my email inquiries or issues where answered efficiently and very friendly staff :)Also, the spud points add up quickly and promo stuff are always available. I love to shopping with them! Everything is so easy , te customer service is amazing and they are reliable company. The reason that I choose them is that I love a specific dish that I could find at SPUD and I stopped to buy directly from the company (producer) because each order was a headache. Now, SPUD managed all the nuisance with this specific company and I have my order in time and everything is packing incredible!
I love Spud! I love having the recurring subscription on items I buy every week, so if I'm out of my usual things, I don't even have to think of it and the groceries just appear at my door. Spud is a low-waste inspiration, with reusable bins and packaging, and a takeback program for some of the product packaging from your orders. Great, local brands from produce to health & beauty and home products. You can turn on substitutions so that if your exact product isn't in stock, they'll do their best to replace it with something similar so you rarely have to worry about not getting what you need. Spud has been an absolute life-saver during the pandemic, and I will continue to use them after this is all over.
SPUD was a lifesaver when the pandemic started and now I'm hooked on the quality of their produce and their excellent delivery. You can be sure if anything is wrong, you will be given a refund right away and if there is a substitution of a higher priced item because of a shortage of what you ordered, you will pay the lower price.
I have been using Spud for just about a year. They are always on time in the window they provide, and very quick to respond to any questions. Love the fact as a member I get reusable bins, packaging and discounts. Their customer service is some of the best I’ve seen.
