I came here with my whole family and the staff were very polite and very helpful to us all since it was our first time eating here. Extra thanks to the Manager for stepping aside even though she was so busy to help us with our choices and also the other lady working too she was so sweet. The best thing out of everything were the Burgers! Top 5 hands down so we will be back for sure thanks to all keep it up!!!!!!!!!!

Lol what a complete loser of a person and bcz you have a little kid that you cant discipline that's this locations fault for not having a Drive thru?!?!?!?!?!?! How long did it take you to realize that you Simp??????? Anyways I had the best burger and service I've ever had at a fast food chain and I wasnt expecting a Drive thru lol The burger was super fresh and fast and the customer serive was as high then any high end restaurant! Thanks all will be back!!!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND THERES NO DRIVE THRU EITHER LOL!

If advertising a drive through, you may want to actually have a drive through?Unless it's very well hidden behind the strip mall its located in.Was hoping for a quick drive through with a fussy baby.
I ordered from here a while ago and the cashier told me that the burger would be brought over to my table so I did not get a receipt for my order number. The staff then says an order number and since I didn’t know my order number and was expecting to receive it on my table, I didn’t pay it any mind. I decide to go to the front to ask if my order is ready as it was taking a while and one of the staff proceeds to disrespectfully shout in my face telling me the food has been waiting for 5 minutes and I should be paying attention. Nasty attitude from staff is a real let down since the food is really tasty. I hesitate to come to this location and would rather go elsewhere.
I had never had a bad and disappointing experience at this location before. This has always been my place for a great chicken burger and awesome fries! Not this time around nor in the future. Don't get me wrong, the staff here were usually friendly and hardworking but not the cook this time. The chicken burger was sliced to the thinnest they can get it like the cardboard backing from a notepad! It's not worth my time and money! I will try another location and give it another chance. It's just too inconvenient when is the closest location to my place.

Also people that leave 1 star reviews over a fast food restaurant are real life losers like the lady that left the review because it didn't look like the picture......lol IT NEVER LOOKS LIKE THE PICTURES LOL!!!!!
Stopped preparing my order to prioritize a skip the dishes order that chimed in after I had already ordered. Was not impressed.A group of us went and all my friends got their orders, but they stopped preparing mine as soon as the skip the dishes order came in.You should prioritize orders in the order you receive them, and take care of your customers that are already waiting in the store.
I have never had a bad experience here. The staff is always kind and if they make a mistake, they are willing to fix it without hesitation. Occasionally I have gotten a burnt burger but the vast majority of times, everything is good. The biggest downfall in my opinion are the prices. They are similar in price to a full service sit down restaurant, sometimes even more expensive. The quality of the food is however not as good as some sit down restaurants. The real reason to go here is that it’s faster than a sit down restaurant. Overall I would say South St. Burger is worth a try to get your own opinion.
I got a bacon and cheese burger.... it had no sauce the meat was burnt (besides the bacon) and the lettuce was absolutely soaked the whole burger was covered in grease.. my boyfriend said they arent normally that bad but im honestly really disappointed.. fries were okay not salted at all
