I came with my friends on a busy Friday evening, thankfully we were able to find a nice seat on a clean patio booth. All of the staff was very welcoming and friendly, They brought our drinks to our tables in a timely manner. And Food, specially wings and mushroom Swiss burger is worth every penny. I liked their daily specials menu, Would come back for those bud buckets on Wednesday.
Worse service I’ve received in Calgary took 30 minutes to talk a server. It bar isn’t overly busy this is normal rush. And took another 45 mins to bring us our drinks. 10/10 would not recommend. How are they still in business!!! :( Bartender was also super mean and unprofessional when I Nicely asked how much longer still the drink would come as it had been 30 minutes already.
Brooke was absolutely amazing. Best service I’ve ever received from any restaurant ever. We were in on Saturday which was pretty busy but she was so attentive even when we’re very needy table. Our keg of beer came out quickly and her recommendation for the tacos and country road platter with Mac n cheese and Cajun fries was amazing. She is the best I would 10/10 recommend sitting with Brooke every time you’re in at this restaurant.
I’m visiting from Winnipeg and this was the worst bar/restaurant service I have ever experienced. We came to watch the flames playoffs and chose social because it looked inviting and warm with their patio heaters. It took over 15 minutes to be greeted as well as tables beside us. It took us over 15 minutes to receive our drinks. It wasn’t our servers fault as it seemed like they were short staffed. However there were 2-3 hosts at the front who were standing around and weren’t helping anyone out at all. If the hosts were trained to help out their servers the experience would have been better. We watched other tables come in and leave because they waited for so long without service. We saw staff members leave out the patio to argue in the street.It seemed disorganized and need more people on the floor to take care of busy nights - especially play offs.Wont be returning :(
Just went with a friend to this place a couple times now and it’s amazing! The food is great and our waitress gave fabulous service!! Desiree I believe was her name. She continued to make sure our drinks were always full and gave good recommendations for food based on what I told her I liked and was looking for!! 110% would go there again!!
Food was great, however, service was very disappointing. Sat at table for almost 15 min before anyone served us, not greeted, just "oh has anyone helped you yet?" Another 10 to get our beers. Food order came, no plates, condiments, napkins, cutlery. Had to go to the servers station myself to get the above noted, plates were dirty. Servers not attentive nor friendly. Only complaint about food was soft tacos plopped on plate, no presentation. Tables not cleared or wiped in a timely manor. Not very inviting for new customers.Hope this helps to improve....
Slowest and least ambitious service ever! Our drinks were empty 70% of the time and the “special” took an hour and half to come to the table and they only came with half our order and a full order of excuses. Do not recommend
The best burger I have ever had and I've had a LOT of burgers in 48 years! Burger Named Sue. Absolutely delicious. Highly recommend.
Super disappointing. They didn't have booze that they said they did. Our food order was half-assed and when I called out the server on it, he ended up just avoiding us until we were finished. Straight up not a good time.
