Burgers were great, sides were great but really leaving a 5 star review for Darin. Have never met a friendlier worker. Greeted with a smile and was extremely nice, professional and helpful! Made the experience truly great :D Thank You Darin!
Served burgers comparable to Five Guys and Fries. Service was great, classic burger with smash fries a hit combo for myself and my kids. Definitely recommend.

Was craving a quality burger with some fresh fries, got the complete opposite. Horrible customer service, was a ok, feels like I got the End of the bag of chips, cold & short. Burger wasn’t what I ordered but no time to complain as I was in a hurry. If service was good I wouldn’t of cared about the food but 2 bads don’t make it alright to me
I received amazing customer service from Harmony who was working the till.I had asked her if their point system was working because I had gone 2 times, 2 weeks ago to a different location and my free entree would not be redeemed by the machine both times and still had to walk out paying full price and unsatisfied.She was somehow able to get it to work and after paying, I had forgotten to add smash fries to my order and she had gone above and beyond and told me that I would not have to pay for the fries. She was professional, empathetic, and displayed the best customer service I have ever received at this location. Definitely made my day.
My friend and I came here for lunch today and I was quite happy with everything. There was only two staff members working, and the one working the front was quite friendly. She checked our QR codes/ID right away and made some suggestions on the menu. We both ordered the double Calgary burger and I thought it was delicious. I did read the reviews beforehand and do agree that the pricing was a shade high, but with the current climate we're in with food prices etc it does seem fair.I would go back again. The food was awesome!
The burgers are really bland but the sauces compliment them well. Fries on the other hand are very delectable. The price is extremely outrageous for a burger patty which tastes like it came out of the freezer. Go to A&W for 10 dollars less!
The burgers here are not bad but I have had better burgers. Their Calgary burger is okay it's just another regular burger nothing too special about it. The double smoked bacon brisket burger is really good and definitely worth the try. Smash burger used to have a spinach goat cheese burger which they should definitely bring back! Definitely try the smash fries and the smash sauce, super good!!It's also a clean place and the orders are made fresh and are ready pretty quickly. The staff are nice as well.

I ordered 2 lettuce wraps, and a large smash fries. The fries are delicious as always. The lettuce wraps are an embarrassment. Basically 2 tiny pieces of lettuce covering the burger portion. The lettuce is soggy and both burgers look extremely unappetizing. Was expecting a much higher standard for of quality. 5 stars for the fries. 0 stars for the lettuce wraps.
